Comfortably sleeps up to 8 people, with room for an additional two people on a pull out sofa bed. Open plan and perfect for summertime outdoor living the house is modern with a large country style kitchen, great for family life. Close to all amenities, shops, bars restaurants etc. Ideal for two families holidaying together or for families who want that little bit of extra space. Pets are welcome.

The property is south facing with large private terrace, pool and 4 sun loungers. The pool is a non permanent structure 5.5m x 3.5m and 1m deep, perfect for families with smaller children. There are mature Cyprus trees around the terrace to provide privacy. Second floor terrace with reclining chairs and table, great suntrap. Large fenced roof terrace with BBQ and dining area. Fantastic for watching the evening sunsets or stargazing. Direct access for forest walks via the small back patio

Prices are for the property per week in euros.
Prices based on 8 people sharing. An additional cost is applied in July and August for 9th or 10th person using bed settee in lounge, price 12 euro per person per night. Minimum rental 7 nights. Prices include a change of bedlinen each Saturdayfor clients booking more than 1 week. Pool maintanence is included. A non-refundable deposit of 15% is required as a deposit and the final balance paid later.

Changeover day
Arrival and departure days are Saturday to Saturday only. Your accommodation will be ready from 3pm on the day of your arrival and you must vacate the property by 10am on the day of your departure.

Hi I am Jane, and myself and my family would love you to enjoy a holiday here in the Costa Brava. Estartit has a beautiful sandy beach where we often picnic and go for long walks with our dog Chester!! We also dive and the Medas Islands are a great place to discover the underwater world, with many local dive centres offering snorkel and dive trips.
There are many tapas bars and restaurants, Gelatone Pizzeria is one of our favourites.
