The whole villa has been renovated to a very high standard and has the best panoramic views of the beautiful Bay of Roses with its marina, the Pyrenees mountain range (normally snow capped Oct-June) and the stunning National Park of Cap de Creus. Situated on the mountain area Els Grecs,the villa is only a two minute drive from the centre of Roses or a 10-15 minute walk down into the town with its beaches and many restaurants.

Upstairs - 1 extremely large master suite with panoramic views opening onto a large curved balcony overlooking the sea and mountains. 36 square metre bedroom with it's own 16 square metre sun terrace with table and chairs. There is a Large Double bed with modern bedside tables and off from the bedroom is an open planned en suite with double jacuzzi bath to relax in after a hard day sunbathing and enjoy some of the best sunsets you could possibly experience from the window that overlooks the Bay. Seperate large shower from which you also have great sea views. The toilet and bidet area is separated by a modern glass sliding door. There is a seperate walk-in wardrobe off from the bedroom too.

Downstairs is a very large modern open plan area incorporating the lounge with 2 large sofas and another double sofa bed, TV with satellite, French, German, English, Spanish and Catalan.

The lounge leads into dining room area with large table which comfortably seats 10 people and overlooks the best views in Roses. Dining during the day is overlooking the whole bay with the pyrenees mountains in the background, this is normally followed by some of the best sunsets in the world and then evening meals when you can enjoy the sparkling lights at night with the moon shimmering down over the sea.
The kitchen is of a very high spec and fully equipped with all modern appliances including double fridge freezer with ice maker and cool filtered water always to hand for those hot summer days.
Complete with a large range of spices and facilities for any eager cooks!

There is a downstairs toilet and seperate laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
The Sofa bed is in back part of lounge to sleep 2 and there is enough room to leave this down as a bed during the day giving you more time to enjoy the more important things on your holiday like relaxing.
FREE welcome pack on arrival including some Spanish Cava for you to enjoy. Central heating and air conditioning. The back door which leads off from the dining room/kitchen, leads onto another curved 16 square metre terrace/balcony which has a large gas BBQ for you to cook on as you enjoy the views. From this, steps lead down to pool and sunbathing terraces. One decked in wood where you can enjoy outdoor dining and the others tiled with 8 sunbeds around the pool.
Within two years we have been booked out during the summer months from people from all over the world. Everyone has been extremely happy and have left great reviews, please just ask to see them and I will be happy to send you them!
We also provide towels for the beach/pool too included in the price to give you more space when packing.
