Luxurious penthouse apartment with extensive outside living space on front, side and back balconies - and a large private roof terrace offering stunning, uninterrupted views to the south and west over the Mar Menor from dawn to dusk. Overlooking the Med and the Mar Menor with uncrowded and spectacular beaches. The apartment is fully furnished to a high standard, including air conditioning. All terraces are furnished and there is a barbecue on the roof terrace. The complex has its own outdoor swimming pool and paddle tennis court, with indoor gym, fitness room, jacuzzis and sauna. Everything a family could want for a relaxing or active holiday!

Changeover day
Saturday to Saturday where possible, but we are happy to be flexible with dates. We understand how important it is for you to take your holiday when you want. We aim to be as flexible as possible with regard to duration and arrival/departure dates.
Accommodation
Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 with King size bed, large built-in wardrobes and en-suite.
Bedroom 2 with twin beds and large built-in wardrobes.
Sofa bed in lounge.
Travel cot available for infants (free!).
Bathrooms: En-suite to bathroom to bedroom 1 with bath/shower, WC, bidet and basin.
Shower room, with shower cubicle, basin and WC.
Kitchen:Fitted kitchen with cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, fully-equipped with high quality crockery and utensils.
Utility Room: Washing machine, cleaning equipment, ironing board and iron.
Living Rooms: Stylishly furnished lounge is open-plan to kitchen with double sofa bed, TV (with Freeview),DVD/HiFi player, dining table and chairs etc
Other:Entry hall with large double fitted cupboards.
Cleaning/towels/linen: Towels and linen included, but please bring your own beach towels. The apartment is cleaned to a high standard before every arrival. Cleaning costs are payable on arrival. A welcome pack is available for a nominal charge.

Accessibility
Apartment is on the 8th floor but fully serviced with a lift from the underground garage. There is also ramp access from the outside ground level car park to the front door. Access to the roof terrace is by external stairs (with safety stair gates available).

Outside
Ground level is landscaped, with a paddle-tennis court, swimming pool with adjoining paddling pool. The gym, sauna, jacuzzi and fitness suite are also on the ground floor - these are free to use. The apartment terraces are well equipped with outdoor tables and chairs, sun-loungers and a Weber kettle BBQ. The roof terrace offers complete privacy.

Coast/Beach
The apartment overlooks the Med beach and the Mar Menor beach. The Mar Menor beach is shallow and ideal for kids. Both beaches are cleaned nightly during the peak summer months and are uncrowded and great places to relax. If you cant make up your mind - do both beaches - theyre only 100m apart!

Coast/Beach

Golf
Nearby is the La Manga Club, perhaps the biggest golf complex in the whole region, centred around the Hotel Hyatt Regency with spa facilities. Travel
Easy access to/from the nearest airport at Murcia San Javier, 45 mins drive away and served by a range of budget airlines. The new international airport at Corvera (scheduled to open early 2012) is a similar distance. Car hire is available at the airport and access to and from is very straightforward. To make the most of the location, car hire is recommended although once at the apartment all the essential amenities are within 3-5km.

Distances
The nearest restaurants are within walking distance and further bars and restaurants are at the Marina (3km). There are many shopping centres on the La Manga strip and the nearest town is Cabo de Palos a charming fishing village. It is 45 mins to the major shopping centre at Parque Mediterraneo in Cartagena (Carrefour, C&A, H&M etc). From the Marina there is a passenger ferry to the other side of the Mar Menor. The regional capital (Murcia) is an hour's drive away and well worth a visit.

A €100 deposit is required to confirm your booking, with balance and a (refundable) damage deposit of €150 payable, 8 weeks prior to departure.
