This lovely villa is ideal for family's, and has all the amenities to make your stay enjoyable and relaxing.

The accommodation comprises of:-
Lounge, separate dining room,kitchen, utility room, twin bedroom on the ground floor with ensuite wet room.
On the first floor there are 2 further large double bedrooms each with ensuite shower rooms.
Outside there is a fantastic terrace area by the private pool and beautiful gardens to take a leisurely stroll around taking in the breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. A short walk will bring you to the banks of the River Ebre.
The River Ebro has all the facilities for great fishing (well known for cat fish), there is also canoeing available.
The unspoilt coast line is a short drive away and dotted with beautiful sandy coves that are great for snorkling!

This property is 5 minutes drive from the village of Rasquera and is approached along an old picturesque mountain track which makes a car an essential ingredient for a tranquil stay.

Villa Paella is powered by solar panels with a generator for back-up. Please therefore we ask you NOT to bring hairdryers or straightners, thank you.

This property is approx 40 minutes drive from the Theme Parks of Portaventura.
The nearest airport is Reus (45 mins drive) or Barcelona (2 hours drive).
The fishing town of L'Ampolla is approximately 2 km away. Some of the most attractive virgin coastline on the Mediterranean is found along the 16 km jagged coastline of L'Ampolla, with its beautiful cliffs, stony and sandy beaches, creeks and coves. L'Ampolla is very accessible: With Ryanair from London to Reus and with Easyjet from London to
Barcelona and from there directly by train to L'Ampolla. And with Transavia, Easjet, Vueling, Click-air from Amsterdam to Barcelona.

Golf Club de Golf Bonmont Bonmont golf course was founded in 1990 and was designed by Robert Trent Jones Jr. This Championship Golf Course is a magnificent 18 hole, par 72 course stretching over 6900 yards of magnificent greenland. Surrounded by spectacular Mediterranean views and a mountains backdrop, this is one of the finest Golf courses in Catalonia. There are 3 spectacular holes on this course, two par 35 and a par 5 that would be challenging for even those more professional players. The Course makes full use of the natural landscape and has enhanced by 90 bunkers and some testing water hazards.

A deposit of 300 Euros is required to reserve and secure dates, this deposit is non-refundable.
Arrival is between the hours of 16.00 and 20.00 hours.Arrival outside of these hours will incur a charge of €60.
Departure must be by 10.00 hours.
A 200 Euro security deposit will be taken on arrival and returned on departure with any breakages taken for.

A cost for final cleaning is payable of €120 this charge is obligatory.
ONLY SATURDAY CHANGE OVERS. PART WEEKS WILL BE CHARGED AS FULL WEEKS.
