Casa Tranquila is a fantastic four bedroom luxury villa set in one acre of land in a peaceful valley near the picturesque white washed village of Alcaucin. This large villa has plenty to offer, including internet access, but bring your own laptop.
On the lower ground floor is a large lounge/games room with full size pool table, dart board, small bar, drinks cooler, TV & DVD player. Outside there are spacious terrace areas and an attractive larger than average private pool for your sole use. Just off the pool is a barbecue area with fridge and sink. The land is totally fenced making it safe for the children to explore the many fruit trees including orange, lemon, tangerine, avocado, peach, plum, pomegranate and even banana. The garden also has over 100 grape vines. If you are still feeling active the house has a full size table tennis table on the lower terrace (balls and bats are included). So, in all, this villa can offer plenty to do without leaving the grounds or as its name suggests can offer a peaceful oasis in this tranquil valley. Between the cactus and the one hundred grape vines there is a pergola, an excellent location for a glass of wine and taking in the evening sun. The area has numerous activities that include; walking, cycling and horse riding, there are many scenic drives, adventurous Land Rover Safaris, with wildlife and water parks to visit. There again, you can have a relaxing game of golf at one of the two, nearby clubs, we also have four sets of right-hand clubs available for hire

Changeover day
We have no fixed changeover days and we try to be flexible to suit your flights; we are also flexible with times into and out of the villa where possible.


Bedrooms:
On the upper ground floor there is a large master bedroom with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside cabinets and air-conditioning. The en-suite has a bath, shower, WC, bidet and hand basin.
Bedroom 2 is also on this level it has 2 single beds, a built in wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside cabinets, air-conditioning, and has access to the family bathroom across the hallway.
Bedrooms 3 and 4 are downstairs on the lower ground floor, both are spacious. One has a double bed whilst the other is furnished with four single beds ; both have wardrobes, bedside cabinets and access to the downstairs bathroom.


Bathrooms:
All bathrooms are fully tiled. En-suite bathroom to master bedroom has a bath with shower fitment above,hair dryer, hand basin with mirror and shelving, wc. and bidet.
Family bath room has a shower, hand basin with mirror, wc and bidet.
The downstairs shower room has a large shower cubicle, hand basin with mirror above,a hair dryer, wc. and bidet.


Kitchen:
The fully tiled, rustic style kitchen is fully equipped, with granite topped work surfaces, separate fridge and freezer, dish washer and washing machine. There is a built-in electric oven with microwave above, a gas hob, kettle, juicer, toaster, all cutlery, dishes, pans etc.


Upper Lounge:
This large, comfortably furnished living room has three large sofas. A dining table with six chairs ( a further table can be used if you need to accommodate more people indoors) a very effective and easy to maintain pellet burning fire, air-conditioning., coffee table, British Freeview TV with a DVD player and CD player, and Wi-fi internet access. A set of patio doors lead to the south west facing top terrace.


Games Room and Lounge:
The large games room and lounge areais ideal for teenagers and all those young at heart. It boasts a full size pool table, dart board and the double patio door leads directly to the full size table tennis table. Back in the games room there is also a small bar area with three stools, two three seater sofas, freeview TV, DVD player and beer/wine cooler

Outside:
The pool is 10mtr x 4 mtr and is 1.8mtr at its deepest end. It is not fenced off from the terrace area so young children must be supervised at all times. Between the cactus garden and the grape vines is a semi covered pergola for that much needed shade, a perfect place to enjoy a glass of wine and take in the stunning views of the Sierra Tejedas. The barbeque area has a fridge, sink, table and chairs and is directly adjacent to the pool. At the back of the pool there is a further sitting area with plenty of pool side loungers for sun bathing. As well as the many fruit trees (over 40) there are well stocked flowering shrubs in many areas of the garden.


Other:
There is a selection of books, toys, jigsaws, games and DVDs for guests use.

Notes on accommodation
Baby equipment can be provided at extra cost, i.e.; cots, highchair, car seat, buggy, sterilizer and changing mat.

Booking notes
Prices are in Pounds per week, and bookings will be confirmed upon payment of a 25% non-refundable deposit with the remainder to be paid in full 6 weeks before holiday start date. Welcome packs will be provided with each arrival, and a ‘full shop’ can be pre-ordered by email, at cost, plus a £25 surcharge. We will require a £200 refundable security deposit, returnable on the day of departure after inspection. We offer a 10% discount for bookings of two weeks or more.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in £s sterling.
10% discount on the second week, for stays of two or more consecutive weeks outside the peak season.Christmas and New Year weeks will be charged at Mid season rates. A Rental Agreement will be emailed to you and bookings will be confirmed on receipt of a non-refundable 25% deposit, with the balance due six weeks before your arrival.
Cleaning/towels/Linen/maid service:
Due to luggage restrictions, linen and all towels, including ones for the pool are provided, the villa is properly cleaned prior to occupation and again in accordance with length of stay, this is included within the price.
