ACCOMMODATION
This Holiday Cottage/Villa (semi-detached) with private swimming pool (1-8 persons) is suitable for quiet and/or active holidays. It is at the Costa Blanca, on the practice 9 holes golf course and driving range and near the 9 and the 18 holes golf course.
You’ve got a magnificent few out of the house to the mountains, coastline and see. It is 7 minutes drive to seaside ‘El Campello’ and 15 minutes drive to the fantastic city ‘Alicante’.
The house has got all the luxury like a private swimming pool, beautiful garden, 4 terraces, garden furnish incl beds, satellite tv (200+ channel incl all Dutch), air-conditioning and a fully fitted kitchen (even with dishwasher and washing machine).
Besides the private swimming pool you can use the joint swimming pool (2 minutes walk) or the joint Spa with sub tropic in- and outdoor swimming pool (near the clubhouse).
It is a great house for 2 families because of the 4 bedrooms and 2nd living (with extra sleeping couch).
POSITION
- On Bonalba you have access to the local shops, bars and banks and the luxurious Bonalba Golf clubhouse.
- The beaches of San Juan, El Campello and Alicante are within a 7-15 minute drive
- Benidorm, which boasts many attractions, including the Terra Mitica theme park is a 20 minute drive north, and to the south you can find Torrevieja, and access to the stunning bay of Mar Menor.
- In a few minutes drive you will find the large supermarket Carrefour (San Juan).
ATTRACTIONS
The holiday cottage is not just for golfers, it is also perfect for family holidays. With swimming, tennis, gym, kindergarten, paddle-tennis and children’s play area at Bonalba. Within a short driving distance you will find Terra Mitica theme park, Aqualandia water park, Safari, Waterfall, boat trips, aquatic sports, hiking and sailing.
For golfers, Bonalba has got a great 18 and 9 hole courses.
