This perfect family villa has five air conditioned bedrooms and three bathrooms and is built over two levels making it ideal for those families who want their own privacy or friends sharing.
The main villa has a fully equipped kitchen, three air conditioned bedrooms (two double, one twin) and two bathrooms one of which is en suite. There is a large lounge/dinning room, again air conditioned, children’s playroom and balcony overlooking the pool area.
One of the bedrooms in the main villa also has its own private sun terrace with views of the pool area and children’s play area.
The lounge in the main villa has a flat screen TV with English Sky digital providing BBC, ITV, sport, news, documentary and children’s channels as well as music channels and many more. There is also an iPod docking station, DVD player, video player and CD player along with a selection of DVD’s video’s and CD’s.
The main lounge area has several sofas as well as a dinning table and chairs and a balcony overlooking the pool area. There is also a children’s playroom leading off the lounge area which has a playstation 2 plus selection of games, a TV and DVD player, leaving the adults to relax and unwind in the early evenings!
On the lower level there are two further air conditioned bedrooms, one double and one twin, a spacious air conditioned lounge with a TV, DVD player and video player. There is a shower room and through kitchen, the kitchen has a fridge freezer, hob, microwave and toaster.
This villa has a fantastic outdoor kitchen with barbeque, fully working oven and hob, fridge, sink, dishwasher and plenty of preparation space all located in the large patio area outside the main kitchen. There is a large table and chairs seating 12 for outside dinning also located in the patio area. This area can also be covered by a large gazebo for your comfort during the summer months.
The villa has its own private 8x5m kidney shaped pool with sun loungers, hot tub jacuzzi, table tennis table, pool table, gardens, children’s play area with slide, swings and climbing frame. There is parking outside the villa and the entire villa and gardens are completely enclosed.

Moraira has a colourful weekly market on Friday morning, during the summer months you will find the night markets, which are lovely and all sorts of things can be found. When you reach Moraira square you will find an array of bars and restaurants, all very good and reasonably priced. The beach here has endless golden sand and safe water.
Moraira is a small coastal town conveniently placed between the airports of Valencia and Alicante( about 90 km from each) The surrounding area has a quiet and relaxing atmosphere with beautiful unspoilt scenery, there are some larger resorts nearby that are easily reached by car that are well worth a visit , Javea, Calpe, Denia and Altea are about 15km while Benidorm is about 30 km away. Its charm attracts visitors from all over Europe to the impressive marina, excellent variety of local shops, weekly open markets, harbour-side fish restaurants and bars retaining their Spanish character, not to mention the sandy beaches and other local leisure facilities.
