IDEAL LOCATION.
To visit the NEW PARAMOUNT STUDIOS, open 2015.
Between the beaches and the lovely villages.
Only 4 km from the coast with numerous blue flag beaches. You also have easy access to 3 championship golf courses, Royal Campoamor, Villamartin & Las Ramblas, all within a 2km radius plus your close to all the best golf courses. The local bus service runs past your door to Cabo Roig & Compoamor beaches and surrounding area. Cost €1.15 pp
Your in one of the best spots on the Costa Blanca.

THE APARTMENT.
Completed in June 08 & built in a residential area. Parking is inside the secure gated complex.
Access to apartment is via a small flight of steps or theres also a shallow ramp to facilitate wheelchair use or childs pram. The raised patio has a child safety gate with a fenced astro turfed garden which over looks the pool area, SO YOU CAN KEEP AN EYE ON THE KIDS!
There is also an elevator to the pool level if needed.
There are 2 spacious bedrooms. 2 bathrooms - 1 en-suite and a shower room / toilet.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all utilities e.g. microwave, fridge / freezer, washing machine, smoothing iron, a hair dryer and a PROPER tea pot!
A breakfast bar leading to living-room area with 2 large sofas.
70 CHANNEL SAT TV ( Spanish & English ) with BBC, ITV, MOVIES, KIDS CHANNELS + UK RADIO stations, etc. DVD & CD player with a large selection of DVD movies and CDs for your entertainment. The apartment has full hot and cold air conditioning which is € metered.
Theres a large table and chairs on the patio and sun loungers in the garden.

GETTING HERE.
The apartment is easily reached from two major airports (Alicante & Murcia) both well served by the new AP-7 motorway or the N-332 coast road. Just 25 mins from Murcia airport or 50 mins from Alicante airport.

A GREAT HOLIDAY BASE.
Just 30 mins away from the new PARAMOUNT THEME PARK which is due to open in 2015.
PARAMOUNT STUDIOS SPAIN will be built on 108 acres, will become the biggest in Europe, attracting around five million visitors per year. The park will open for 282 days of the year from 10am-10pm, and will consist of 7 hotels and over 30 themed rides, of which the Titanic will be a star attraction in the “Adventure City”, along with others like a roller coaster representation of the film The Italian Job, and a “virtual reality” experience of Mission Impossible. The “Lost Valley”, where visitors can become Lara Croft to name only a few.

BEACHES.
Only 5 mins away by car, taxi or local bus - Cabo Roig and Campoamor, La Zenia, Playa Flamenca all beautiful blue flag beaches with mud baths, boat trips and water sports.

DAY TRIPS.
Get the local bus down to the coast at Cabo Roig or Paddys Point (€1.15), where you'll find bars, nightclubs, shops and restaurants. The main town of Torrevieja is 15 mins north with a lovely marina, beach promanade, large shopping centres, Cinema, Aquapolis waterpark, Kentucky, Mc Donalds and Burger King for the kids. Benidorm is 90 mins north and is home to Tera Mitica theme park, Mondomar Zoo, Benidorm Palace dinner show 24/7 Bars and great shopping.

MARKETS.
There are numerous markets every day in the surrounding towns.

RELAX.
Stroll or take a bike ride along the canal. Be a beach bum every day. Sit on the patio with a book and relax. Have a romantic weekend and dine in some of the best restaurants on the Costa Blanca. The 300 + days of sunshine a year allow you to relax all year round.

GOLF: GREAT FOR A GOLFING BREAK.
Campoamor / Las Ramblas and Villamartin golf courses are just minutes away.
The world famous La Manga Club is 45 mins away and many other beautiful courses are near hand. All of the golf courses along this stretch of coast can be pre-booked and paid for on-line so you can get best tee of times before you even leave home. The new GREAT GOLF COMPANY superstore has just opened across the street where you can call in to pre-book your next game in person. Theres always special offers on green fees plus a large pro shop in case you forget anything. Prices are very reasonable.

AIRPORT PICK-UP.
If you dont drive, are worried about driving on the other side of the road or just dont want to drive, then relax.
We can arrange for you to be picked up at Murcia or Alicante airport and taken straight to the apartment and also returned to either airport for a small charge. Priced at - Murcia airport 30 euros one way, 50 euros return, Alicante airport 40 euros one way, 70 euros return.

NEAR BY.
A large Mercadona supermarket is just 100 meters from your door and sells British food brands, wines, beers and spirits. The new LA Fuenta commercial center is 200 meters away, with a chemist, chinese buffet, mexican, pizza and Spanish restaurants, Irish bars with entertainment every night, 2 karaoke bars, tapas bars a Deli and a Spar with INTERNET facility. A local Tapas bar called Tamisis, Banks, Hairdressers, Mini market, Cafe X-Presso, Golf pro shop are all just 30 meters from your door.
CAMPOAMOR Golf Course is 1km away with a 4 star hotel, serving fine ala carte lunches with fantastic views of the coast. Villamartin Plaza has 40+ bars, restaurants, shops and boutiques on 2 levels around a beautiful courtyard. Los Dolses Plaza is 25 mins walk along the canal, has a British mini mart, doctors, shops, bars, restaurants and a large Supervalue store. Aldi & LIDL are close by too.
There are shops and bars further up the main road (15 mins walk) at Blue Lagoon. So why not go and explore a bit.

IF YOUR NOT DRIVING: If you dont fancy driving but still want to see the sights or go to the best golf courses, our local and friendly guide will take you to the best beaches, boat trips, local town markets and villages, restaurants and shopping centres and then pick you up and bring you back safe and sound to your apartment. Better than waiting on the bus and cheaper and more reliable than the local taxi services.

A (NON REFUNDABLE) deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking. Balance payable 6 weeks prior to arrival date.

Guests can check in at 3pm on arrival date and must vacate the property by 10am on departure date.

These times are to facilitate cleaning of the property before the next guests arrive. (These times are flexible depending if other guests have booked the week before or after your stay).

Weekly rental rates are for a 7 night period. Minimum stay is 3 nights. A fee of €60 (to clean the apartment) will apply for bookings between 3 & 6 nights.

Directions to the apartment and key collection details will be e-mailed or posted to you on final payment.

PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN BEACH TOWELS. The towels provided are for apartment use only, i.e. shower / bathroom.
