This privately owned apartment is spacious, furnished to an extemely high standard with marble floors throughout and very well equipped to make your stay enjoyable. The accommodation includes 2 bedrooms, one with kingsize bed and the other with twin beds, both with fitted wardrobes and drawer space. There is also a sofa bed provided, therefore, accommodating 6. It has 2 bathrooms, one with bath and shower over and the other with a shower cubicle and his and hers sinks, both include WC and bidet. Fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster etc.

The property has large terraces overlooking the communal pool, childrens pool and pretty gardens. For your comfort there is hot and cold air conditioning and a TV, games console, DVD & CD Player. The apartment is ideally located for a peaceful holiday, whilst being only minutes by car from the many popular bars and restaurants on the Costa del Sol.

I am married with 2 sons, Alex 18 and Ben 13. We first fell in love with the area of Duquesa when we spent a holiday here about 10 years ago. We bought our apartment in Duquesa 7 years ago and have continued to have many wonderful holidays here.
