The property comes with three large bedrooms, a relaxing spacious living room and dining area, a large kitchen and an outdoor al fresco dining area. The property is furnished throughout.

The lounge comes with two large sofas, a TV, cabinets, coffee table and a dining table with chairs. The kitchen contains all the required utilities including microwave and washing machine. The two downstair bedrooms each have two single beds and their own bathroom, one with a shower and one with a tub and shower. The master bedroom upstairs has a double bed and again its own bathroom with bathtub and shower. The master bedroom also opens up via sliding doors on to the roof terrace for which there is also a communal entrance. This overlooks the spacious, mature gardens and property's own swimming pool beneath. The terrace area is also quite private and is not overlooked by another building.

Outside the property there is a stone built barbecue, private family pool and mature tropical trees and plants. The property even has its own lemon and orange tree! The property is surrounded by high fences, has secure gates and has a driveway for at least two cars. Of special notes is the gardens of the property surround the the villa in a spacious square manner, unlike some of the other identical villas who's allocated space is taken up by long driveways, therefore leaving space around the actual property very tight.

Playa Honda beach is not more then a five minute walk, as are restaurants, pubs and a shop. For more shopping and nightlife, La Manga strip is less then a five minute drive as is the La Manga Golf club.
