Whether you are having Champagne on the covered terrace, while the steaks are sizzling on the barbecue, reclining on a sun lounger, or simply swimming in the pool this luxury villa is all about the view. The view is absolutely exhilarating: sea, coastline, mountains, Gibraltar and Africa.

The spaciousness inside and out offers you plenty of choice. For relaxation outside you can choose from the divine infinity pool, a sway in the hammock, or perhaps to lie down on the bed or sun loungers. In the shade there are comfy chairs in two areas, one by the outside TV. For dining you can choose in the sun, in the shade or indoors. El Capitan has easy access from the outside dining areas into the kitchen/dining area via 2 different terraces doors. The kitchen / dining area is light and airy from windows on 3 sides. The kitchen has all the mod cons with the washing machine and dryer located in the garage.

From the covered terrace by the pool you can step into the sumptuous lounge, with satellite TV, DVD, Hi-fi, Wi-Fi and fireplace. From the lounge you have access to two of the bedrooms. They are both double beds with TV. They share the en-suite bathroom and one of them has direct access to the pool and garden.

Ascending to the master bedroom, the only room upstairs, is like ascending into your private world. You will be able to enjoy the wonderful panoramic views from your private terrace from the sun loungers, or inside by the fire. The en-suite bathroom has wonderful views as well and there is also a small dressing area.

On the lower ground floor, passing through the garage there is a small TV/reading room, with a patio access, which leads to the fourth en suite double bedroom. The patio from the reading room is lovely for those quiet times away from the rest of the house.

This luxury villa is gated with a private garage for one car and a carport for up to 2 more cars.

LOCATION

El Capitan is a gated community with security at night. It is located just below Los Arqueros. Los Arqueros Golf and Country Club is set in one of the most tranquil and stunning settings, amongst the Ronda hills, just a short drive from San Pedro de Alcantara, Puerto Banus and Marbella. The exclusive and luxurious development of Los Arqueros comprises of a superb 18 holes golf course (designed by Severiano Ballesteros).

The closest town, San Pedro de Alcantara, is just below El Capitan. The town has managed to remain unspoilt and still preserve it’s Spanish identity. It is a true slice of traditional Spain, the locals are friendly and the predominant language you hear is Spanish. It is quite popular with holidaymakers who enjoy mingling with the locals in the Central Plaza dunking churros in thick chocolate for breakfast, sampling tapas or simply cooling off at an ice cream parlour, with the kids running around.

The minimum stay in the villa is 14 days

We take a security deposit of €1000 via credit card a few days before arrival to the villa. This will be returned after departure after a thorough check of the apartment. We take an electric meter reading on arrival and departure from the apartment. A fair amount is included in the rent, but excessive use will be deducted from the security deposit.

You will be met by one of our representatives who lives near by with keys and shown around the apartment. There will also be a phone number given in case you need assistance during your stay.

Linen & bath (not beach) towels are provided. For information about extra linen, cots, high chairs or anything else you may require please contact us.

Check in time is 4 pm (unless agreed to in writing)
Check out time is 10 am (unless agreed to in writing)
