Beautiful 2 bedroom luxury family apartment in La Maestranza. The family apartment has just been redecorated with modern comfortable furniture and it has everything you need to enjoy a good holiday. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a two single beds. The living room has a separate dining area and from the lounge area you can access the amble terrace from where you can enjoy a nice alfresco lunch or dinner and the good atmosphere. As one of the few portals in La Maestranza with a lift and also easy access to the pool area. The apartment also has WIFI internet.

LOCATION
With its quiet footpaths, red roofs and rustic white walls, La Maestranza has the atmosphere of a typical quiet Andalucian village. The urbanization has 3 pools (including the children’s pool), plenty of green areas for sunbathing and relaxation and an onsite 24 hour security guard.

The location couldn’t be better… Within walking distance of the apartment you will find all amenities available. To name a few: 2 supermarkets, over 15 restaurants, a chemist, a dental centre, 3 banks, 2 delis and of course shopping till you drop in The world famous Puerto Banus. Every Saturday 9.30 - 14 the Puerto Banus street market is right at your doorstep.

Puerto Banus is only 10 min walk from the apartment. Puerto Banus, Marbella is the most fashionable resort in Southern Spain. It is a busy Marina, not only for some of the most impressive luxury yachts in the world, but also as one of the most popular locations for shopping, dining and nightlife in the Mediterranean.

Notes spéciales
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required when booking the apartment. The other half of the rent is due in cash on arrival to the apartment. The minimum stay in the apartment is 7 days.

Payments can be made via bank transfer, PayPal (+3.5% fee) or credit cards (+3.5% fee).

We take a security deposit of €300 in cash on arrival to the apartment, this will be returned on departure after a thorough check of the apartment. We take an electric meter reading on arrival and departure from the apartment. A fair amount is included in the rent, but excessive use will be deducted from the security deposit.

You will be met by one of our representatives who lives near by with keys and shown around the apartment. There will also be a phone number given in case you need assistance during your stay.

Linen & bath (not beach) towels are provided. For information about extra linen, cots, high chairs or anything else you may require please contact us.

Check in time is 4 pm (unless agreed to in writing)
Check out time is 10 am (unless agreed to in writing)
