The house is located in an exclusive neighbourhood called Roc de Sant Gaieta in Roda de Bara, a small village on the Costa Dorada south of Barcelona(70 km) and 25 km north of Tarragona. It’s a unique area up on a hill covered with trees overlooking the Mediterranean. 160 m2 house with 5 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, washer, dryer, and a/c.

The house has great views of the sea and is all about outdoor living. The 80 m2 patio has a built in sofa area with a gas fire pit, marble outdoor dining table that seats 10 people and a outside traditional barbeque as well as a Gas Weber grill. The large yard is enclosed by a high wall with many palms trees, a big pool and a great tree house for kids.

You can walk down a stone path along the sea to a quaint village with restaurants on the cliffs, a bakery, supermarket, pharmacy, doctor etc. You can also walk to various white sand beaches and small coves. In the summer there are several hip beach bars, but if you’re looking for an area with clubs that party all night this is not the place.

We have live in maid service available upon request at a reasonable rate to clean, cook, and babysit. Beach towels and chairs, bed linen and other extras are also included.

House has all the amenities needed. Property is over 1,000 sq meters, and surrounded by high wall for privacy and child safety. There are coast and ocean views, from almost every window. There is an outdoor fire pit on the patio where you can watch the sunset, as well as a fantastic tree house for the kids. We have just installed English TV, and also have a DVD player. You will want to bring an IPOD as the stereo is IPOD or MP3 compatible.
