Our Holiday Villa is situated in Rafol De Almunia, just outside Pego, half way between Valencia and Alicante on the Costa Blanca (about 1 hours drive or 105kms from either airport). It is private, spacious and well equipped and situated in a quiet location with sea and mountain views.

An ideal holiday location for families and groups, with less than 20 minutes drive from Blue Flag standard beaches, 25 minutes from Denia and Oliva and 5 minutes from the medieval town of Pego with its squares, restaurants and tiny streets.

A little further south (half an hour) the Montgó mountain and National Park and the scenic valley of Jalon can be reached offering good walking, riding and exploring activities. There are well known water parks just 45 minutes away (Aqualandia & Mundomar) and the Safari Park Vergel is a local attraction nearby (10 minutes). The famous Terra Mitica and Terra Natura theme parks and the popular touristic resort of Benidorm (popular casinos, Benidorm palace, clubs) is also within a 45 minute drive.

With regards to shopping, the largest and most popular shopping center in the North Costa Blanca is located only 15 minutes away in Ondara. Shopping is also plentiful on Marques del Campos, the main shopping street in the nearby town of Denia. Good bars/restaurants are plentiful in the villages around and recommendations are available in the villa Information Pack.

The villa has three bedrooms on the upper level and another bedroom in the lower floor apartment. The apartment is on the same level as the swimming pool terrace and has its own a separate entrance even though it is never rented separately from the house. We rent only the upper level of the house for groups of up to 6 persons and avail the apartment if the extra bedroom is required. In all the house can sleep 8 persons in the 4 good sized bedrooms plus another 2 persons on the available sofa bed in the downstairs living area. So up to a maximum of 10 persons can be accommodated over the two floors.

The house also has 2 kitchens, two bathrooms, a large living room and an upstairs dining terrace enjoying spectacular sea and mountain views. On the outside the house enjoys a good size terrace and pool, a large garden below the pool level and parking spaces for three cars at the road level.

Golf
Oliva Nova 18-hole golf course (designed by Severiano Ballasteros) and La Sella 18-hole golf resort are nearby. Oliva Nova is 15 minutes away whilst La Sella is twenty minutes drive. In Javea and Moraira there are other courses which can both be reached in well under an hours drive.

Fishing & Water Sports
In Denia port several water activities are available including private boat and jet ski charter, daily and sunset harbour cruises, fishing, sailing, diving, surfing, Para kiting, water skiing and speed boat rental.

Distances
Local village (Rafol d’Almunia) is just a few minutes drive past orange groves. Local town (Pego) with supermarkets/restaurants etc is also only a few minutes drive. Denia, Oliva and miles of golden sand are within 15/25 minutes by car. Ondara Shopping Complex (top designer brands, several shops, supermarket and cinemas) is 15 minutes away.

Further details
Activities available locally include horse riding, quad bikes, windsurfing, kite boarding, boat hire, sailing and sightseeing boat trips. There are hiking trails and donkey riding, cycling and fishing opportunities. The theme parks of Benidorm (Aqualandia, Mundomar, Terra Mítica, Terra Natura) are about 45 minutes by car.

There are caves to explore at Benidoleig and Ebo Valley. The Valencia Oceanographic and the Zoo are also well worth a visit. A Tourist information office is available in Denia for further information

Daily rates are calculated as 1/5th of the weekly rate. Minimum rental is 3 days.

Damage deposit is returnable one week after letting. We reserve the right to monitor water and electricity consumption and to charge accordingly if usage is excessive indocating wastage.

We accept Paypal, bank transfers and credit card payments (conditions & charges apply).

Cancellation fees: A minimum charge of €50 applies for early cancellations and a maximum of 50% of the rental charges in case of late cancellation.
