This well presented upstairs apartment situated in an established quite residential area consists of 2 good sized double bedrooms, american style kitchen with all mod cons, a conservatory with dining area, a well furnished lounge with access to a large balcony and a bathroom with bath and shower. You also have the use of a private roof top solarium with views to the sea and has the benefit of the sun all day. There is also ample furniture for the balcony and solarium, including a BBQ for your use. The community pool is for residents only, which is very close to the apartment and you are only a ten minute flat stroll to the nearest beach. There are many beaches located in the area. The apartment also has satellite T.V. with many english channels, together with a radio/CD player, including several CDs for your enjoyment. Feel free to bring your own CDs.

about the area, Punta Prima, Costa Blanca South:

Punta Prima is situated five minutes drive south of Torrevieja, which has many Mediterranean blue flag beaches close by. If you do not hire a car, you can catch the local bus service to take you from Punta Prima into Torrevieja. This is a regular bus service. Torrevieja is about forty minutes drive south of Alicante airport and about 20 minute drive north of Murcia airport and most budget flight companies fly into these airports.

activities around the apartment:

Punta Prima has a selection of restaurants, bars, steet cafes supermarkets and banks, all within a few minutes stroll from the apartment. Torrevieja has a fantastic street cafe/bar culture and is a must in the evening with the open air street market. During the summer months in Torrevieja, there is an aqua park and fair, so if you are not into package holidays, Torrevieja is the place for you. If you are into golf, then you have a choice of many first class courses on your doorstep, (Villa Martin, Las Ramblas and Campoamor being the nearest) plus several more, so you are spoilt for choice. Tee off times can be arrange up to one month in advance. La Flamenca street market, which is only one mile away from the apartment is a must for the bargains and is held every saturday throughout the year. TIPS & ADVICE. It is advisable to hire a car for the area and surroundings, but not essential. There is a regular bus service into Torrevieja and the bus stop is very close.

getting there:

Murcia is the nearest airport, which is about a 20 minute drive. Alicante is a larger airport, which is about a 40 minute drive away. Most budget flight companies fly to these airports. Precise direction from either airport are supplied to guests as part of their booking confirmation. An airport collection service from either airport is available upon request.

Payment Terms:- To reserve the accommodation a £50 per week deposit is required within 7 days of your acknowledgement to confirm a booking (non refundable) and the balance 8 weeks before departure. This is also non refundable if you cancel your booking within the 8 weeks of your departure date. Should you book within the 8 weeks of departure, payment in full is required. Upon arrival:- A local cleaning charge of 60 euros is payable on arrival at the apartment. Sorry no pets allowed. Long term bookings welcome. There is no extra charge for cleaning. Change over days - Flexible.
