The house is situated in the mountains near Algarrobo Pueblo, app. 15 min. drive from the Mediterranean Sea, in quiet and scenic surrounding, with a marvellous panoramic view to the Mountain of Andalusia and Mediterranean Sea. The house contains 7 bedrooms and 5 bedrooms and is very modern and comfortably furnished with designer furniture and lovely details. The white pillars in front of the house and in the hall give the house a majestic look. The house is fitted inside and outside for the perfect holiday in absolute outstanding surrounding.

The 2 plan house contains in ground floor: Large and bright hall that leads to the roomy living room with 12 meters to the sealing, and a great light from the large windows. The living room is lovely furnished with a comfortable sitting area, satellite TV. 3 double bedrooms all with wardrobe and 2 with TV, 2 bathrooms. The central placed living room has open access to a very large and well equipped kitchen.

A very beautiful glass staircase leads to the 1st floors inside balcony. The 1st floor contains: 2 beautiful and roomy Master Bedrooms both with bath-en-suite, wardrobe, TV, A/C and private balcony with Mediterranean Sea view. There are furthermore 1 double bedroom with wardrobe and A/C, a children’s bedroom for two and the last of the 5 bathrooms.

From the living room there are access to a lovely furnished terrace with BBQ and the large swimming pool area with outside shower. The surroundings contain lovely and well kept small gardens with palms and beautiful plants.

Fantastic opportunity to live in a high-tech house in private surroundings and in the same time explores the beautiful nature and historic culture of Andalusia. You are also close to the beach (10 min. drive), businesses (10 min. drive) and several sights.

Situated in the mountains. Access road is a narrow mountain road, gravel and dust road only for experienced drivers. The access road is narrow, without barriers and with lot of slops. No taxi or public transportation. Own car or rented car is essential! (no minibus, max 7 seaters)!!
