The Casa Rosalia is our privately-occupied house. Accordingly, it is established and maintained.

The house is about 120 square meters and stands on a beautiful, secluded grounds. The garden at any time of day both sunny and shady areas. Of course, lying on a barbecue and a covered - protected against mosquitoes, etc. - terrace with table and 6 chairs available. The roof will be built in March. The property is surrounded around with a 2.5 meter high wall.
The house has a large glass-enclosed living area with two comfortable sofas, armchairs, and of course radio and satellite television.
