Appartement de vacances à La Herradura

We are renting our waterfront apartment in Marina del Este, an exclusive beach resort and yatch marina in the vicinity of La Herradura, Granada, Spain. The marine reserve area offers great diving sites, sailing, yacht renting, tennis, gliding, restaurants, cafes and promenades. Golf is available in the neighbor city of Nerja. Skiing in Sierra Nevada is only 1.5 hours away. A toll free motorway along the coast connects Marina del Este with the international airport of Malaga in approx. 50 mins.

The climate is mild and offers sunny & excellent day temperatures all year around (min 15C - max 27C).

The apartment is located in a 23 apartment complex with communal pool and private parking area. Most appartments are used by the owners (mainly people from Granada) during weekends or main holidays, but general occupancy is low. In this way, the area is very quiet, especially suited to those families searching for a relaxing break. The beach is only a few steps downhill and is child friendly with a nice beach restaurant & terrace with free wifi.

The original apartment had three bedrooms, but we took one away to increase the living area.
