This beautiful brand new garden apartment is only 5 minutes from the
centre of Corralejo and its great restaurants, entertainment, shops & activities. It has great views of the islands of Los Lobos & Lanzarote, and a large child friendly lawn of soft artificial grass. Access from the private parking area, into & throughout the apartment & terrace, is on one level. There is also a great jacuzzi for your enjoyment, along with a Gas Weber Barbeque and alfresco dining area on the large covered terrace. Also included is Satelite TV, music system, etc, and all the modern conveniences you are likely to need on holiday. There is a large communal pool and infants pool alongside a childrens pay area at the top of the complex. The Aquapark is approx. 10 minutes walk away, along with 10-pin bowling, crazy golf, childrens rides, weekly market etc., and there are also cafes, bars, a supermarket & shops only 5 minutes walk from the apartment. This is probably the best quality apartment in the area & we worked hard to provide all the ingredients necessary to help you have a great holiday.
The lounge has air conditioning (which also cools the 2 twin bedrooms), a plasma TV with freeview sky & additional satelite TV providing 6 further English channels, including films & cartoons. There is a Kenwood music system, a DVD & Video player. We have provided books, games, & children´s videos . The dining table seats 6. The kitchen has a fan assisted oven, electronic ceramic hob, state of the art microwave, large fridge freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle etc., with high quality marble work-tops & breakfast bar. Bedrooms all have built in wardrobes, ceiling fans (main bedroom is air conditioned) & excellent quality mattresses. There are 2 bathrooms, one en-suite, both having illuminated mirrors. All of the windows have vented, insulated, blinds,which can completely cut out all sunlight but allow air flow through the apartment.
The apartment has a large flat artificial grass area, which is soft, safe & great for children to play on. There is a large covered terrace which provides plenty of shade from the sun, & provides a large alfresco dining area from which you can see across the dunes, over the sea, to Los Lobos & Lanzarote. To one side is an area of decking which extends out from the covered terrace providing a nice sitting area, which catches the evening sun. There is a Weber Stainless Steel gas Barbeque which is the ultimate in barbeque cooking (extra charge).
There is of also the large Jacuzzi for you to relax in day or night.
Sun loungers are provided for your convenience.
Within the built in cupboard you will find a washing machine.
