Notes spéciales
Prices are per week in euros based on maximum of 8 people. Up to 10 you can rent the studio at extra cost. 50% of the Rental fee is payable on booking. This, plus the second 50% payment and a € 500,- security deposit must be paid to the owner at least six weeks before commencement of the rental.

The security deposit will be returned totally within two weeks after the day of departure, but only after it has been checked whether the house has been left behind tidy and in good order and the inventory has been established as complete.

Any abnormal consumption of water, electricity and gas will be charged at the invoice price of the Spanish suppliers and will be deducted from the security deposit.

My name is Tine and I live in Holland. Since I was 9 years old, I visited Roses with my family.
The house before this Villa was very small but beautifull!
On the Mas Fumats in that time there were only 25 houses!
Every year we had holiday for 6 weeks at the Mas Fumats.
