Steps leading up to the ground floor with open plan living and dining area and separate large kitchen. The Living room opens up to a terrace through French doors, with comfortable seating and deck chairs leading to the terrace area accessible directly from the kitchen with an outdoor dining area. Both terraces provide stunning views over the Mediterranean.
Upstairs there are 3 double bedrooms each with views to the sea and 2 bathrooms with showers and WC (one ensuite).
Air-conditioning in the living room and ceiling fans in the bedrooms.
Fully fitted kitchen, ceramic stove, oven, micro-wave, fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster, kenwood mixer etc. As our home during school time, the house is furnished comfortably providing most homely needs beyond those usually provided in holiday homes.
Flat screen TV, DVD and Video player. WLAN Internet access.
Behind the house is a small garden shaded by a palm tree with access to the laundry room. Barbeque.
The large community pool is ideal for swimming laps is share by a few houses but hardly used due to the close proximity to the beach and hence quite private at most times.
It is an easy walk to the beach, downhill. At the end of the day however the walk back might be a challenge. Having a car is useul to get around easily.

Tak for en dejlig oplevelse. Det hele har været meget tillidsfuldt fra første gang vi fandt jer på til nu her hvor vi er ved at tage retur til danmark. Vi har været her i ca. 3 dejlige måneder, huset er dejligt,og ligger tæt på strand og by. Der er masser af plads i huset, ligger fredeligt og har den mest fantastiske udsigt, som vi vågner op til hver dag. Fra terrassen har vi bla. set delfiner.Kenneth, Denmark
