Lovely villa with a private heated pool 10.5m/4m/ wi-fi and plasma TV from June 2012.
Located on a Golf Course, home to the 2004 Spanish open. 2 golf courses to play on next to each other. Sheraton resort and 2 Thelasso Spas across the road from the villa. Short walk to the sea and very safe, white beaches. Mountain and Sea Views from the Roof-top terrace.
Located only 20 minutes from the Airport so no lengthy transfers before you start your holiday.

The villa sleeps 6 people. We have a master bedroom with an En-Suite bathroom with a king size bed and further 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds in each and an additional full bathroom.
Lounge has 2 3seater sofas, TV with FREEVIEW ,Music centre,dining table for 6 and overlooks the pool.
There is a Canarian Cactus Garden around the villa and a large terrace with a BBQ table football and pool basket ball.
There is also a large secluded roof-top terrace with sea views for private sunbathing and sunset over the mountains at the back of the resort,

You have a lovely shopping Centre just across the resort. Car is not essential however we do recommend it as our Island is well worth exploring.
We have 2 18-hole golf courses to play on with another 2 in the south of the Island.

Breakage deposit of €200.00 is collected 8 weeks prior to the arrival date along with the balance risk groups( e.g.parties of under 25year olds breakage deposit will be heating extra between November and March €15.00 per day. Strictly non smokers only please.
