Beautiful Self Catering Apartment in wonderful Nerja. This Self Catering Luxury Vacation holiday apartment, on a tiny white urbanisation, with electronically gated entry and private parking, has a fabulous community Pool, shared by just a few villas, and is ideal family accommodation for up to 6 persons at an extremely reasonable rental price. The Villa also has a WIFI Pay as you go internet connection.

This holiday apartment is within 50 metres of Burriana beach and on the prime location of the Calle Carabeo with fantasic views of the sea and the famous Balcon de Europa, from the large terrace, which leads through huge patio doors from the lounge. Leading from this terrace, you will also find a fantastic roof terrace, newly fitted with a large retractable sun canopy and very comfortable sunbeds, perfect for relaxation and soaking up the sun! From here there are completely uninterrupted views to the sea and mountains, and of course the Balcon de Europa. The apartment is perfectly situated within a short walking distance of all the lovely beaches and restaraunts that Nerja has to offer.

Golf is abundant on the Costa Del Sol and within 15 minutes drive from the Apartment is one of the many Golf Courses the Costa Del sol is famous for; Baviera Golf.

Nerja boasts the best climate in europe, and is a gateway to so many wonderful places to visit, such as Granada, Seville, Cordoba, not to mention just 45 minutes to Malaga and it's old town, and the Picasso Museum.

The apartment is fastidiously maintained at all times, and laid out over 3 floors plus a roof terrace. Three bedrooms, three bathrooms - a lovely modern, fully equipped kitchen and a fantastic entertainment centre with flat screen satellite HD TV with over 100 Channels and recording facilities, DVD & CD player.

The apartment also has access to a pay as you go WIFI internet connection.

Each room is fitted with ceiling fans although it overlooks the ocean and the sea breezes create a wonderful cool atmosphere. There is a lovely community pool and a private parking space for one vehicle.

On the ground floor is one bedroom and a powder room (sink and toilet). The first floor has the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a third bedroom and a full bathroom with shower. The second floor (third level) has the kitchen, dining room and salon with access to the wonderful large terrace with the most fantastic views. The terrace is complete patio furniture. The roof terrace is accessed by a newly installed, wide spiral staircase.

The apartment is in a secure gated complex with a space for parking within the secure area.

Nerja is by far the most beautiful town on the eastern Cost del Sol it has grown rapidly, yet has escaped the excesses of the high rise buildings that can be seen in other parts of the Costa. The weather is predonimantly very sunny and temperate as Nerja lies on a plain almost surrounded by the Almijara and Alpujarra Sierras. It is perfectly possible to ski on the slopes of the Sierra Nevada in the morning, and sunbathe on the Nerja beaches in the afternoon. In old Nerja,narrow streets lie between white walled houses, their balconies full of Geraniums and many other wonderful colourful mediterranean flowers! Restaurants and tapas bars are in abundance, and all tastes are catered for, from Andalucian to Indian, Mexican and Greek, to name but a few.

Nerja has many wonderful features, too numerous to list, and of course, many, many, restaurants and shops, and of course, the world famous Balcon De Europa, which once you have experienced it's beauty, you will want to return again and again!

All this, and more, are within walking distance of the apartment, whilst the apartment itself is cleverly still sheltered from the hustle and bustle of the town! A truly hidden gem!
