La Cañada has a supermarket and a lot of daily use shops, like bakeries, fruit and vegetable shops, chemistries, newspaper shops, cafetarias, restaurants etc. There are also 2 modern medical centers. La Cañada is connected by tube to the historical city center of Valencia in 25 min, where you can enjoy all the cultural and gastronomic offers of a big modern city.
Nearby in the area by car there are big shopping centers (Nuevo Centro with department stores El Corte Inglés) and amusement facilities (Heron City with plenty of restaurants and cinemas Kinepolis), as well as golf courses (El Escorpion, El Saler, El Bosque, Manises Golf). The white sand beaches of La Malvarrosa next to the Americas Cup Port in Valencia are 15 min drive away.
