This Villa is the best of both worlds. It is only seconds walk to Niza beach and cafes but its also in the countryside of Spain, looking over fig trees to the mountains.
It is unusual as although situated at the beach on the Mediterranean coast there is no highrise, busy streets or noisy motor bikes and cars, just bird song and the fragrance of fresh lemons, oranges,figs and more in season as you BBQ and relax in the sunshine by the pool.
The beach and glorious Mediterranean is an easy stroll from the house- its all flat so no steep hills to climb after a relaxing day by the within walking distance is bars and restaurants famous for its tapas and seafood.
The house has its own walled private garden with your own private pool and BBQ area for you to relax, enjoy the sun and enjoy the tranquility of rural Spain
Also a short walk is puerta Niza an exclusve restauant with pool and bar area.
Niza beach may be on the Costa Del Sol but it is full of trees and you can see and hear the bells of the goats at is also one of the cleanest beaches on the we have perfect weather nearly all year .Come soon as the area is unique and will not always stay like this being so close the the water and beaches it will disappear soon.
Within 5 minutes by car you are at restaurants, bars, markets and fantastic night area has become famous for its Bali-style restaurants and nightclubs situated on the beaches. Dance all night, relax enjoy a cocktail or watch shows.
The villa is situated in the grounds of an old historic home, unusual in this area because it has a beautiful garden full of old fruit trees roses,palms,yuccas and bouganvillas.
It is on the coast road which takes you to Torre Del Mar or Benaharafe, Malaga (home of Picasso) with their bars ,restaurants, waterslides, go carting, shopping and markets all within 10 to 15 minutes from this situated close by is one of the biggest shopping malls on the coast. Home to Zara, Dunnes etc.
Niza beach is also famous for fishing. Rent a boat, drink at a bar, play golf, there are 2 golfcourses close by and of course horse riding on the beach.
Torre is famous for its night markets during summer and bars with music and food on the beach. Benaharafe is two kilometers away and famous for its beach and water front the seafood cooked as you watch, Have a massage on the beach as you wait, drink a coctail listening to music as you lie on your beach sunbed.
The villa is just over an hour to Granada, 20 minutes from Malaga airport straight drive to house.3,4 hours to Seville.
Pop up to Lake Vinuela for a mountain lunch overlooking the lake or head to white Spanish villages nestled in the mountains behind.
The house is child friendly and cot and high chair supplied.
The house is also on bus and taxi route if needed.Great for those late nights where you can enjoy a drink and not worry how to get back to the house. No dangerous windy hill roads.
