A completely unique 6 bedroom, 5 bathroom fully air-conditioned villa private pool that can comfortably accommodate up to 12 people, is wheelchair friendly and has both inside and outside Wi-Fi access. The villa has been extended to provide a 3 bedroom apartment at ground level, a 2 bedroom villa on the 1st floor and a 1 bedroom apartment on the 2nd floor. There is plenty of space both inside the property and within its grounds.

At the rear of the villa is the 10x5m swimming pool - which is totally secluded! This superb area also has a sun deck, shower and is lit at night!

At the front of the villa is the BBQ area, complete with dining table and chairs plus the brick built BBQ with superb views across to Alicante and the bay. Beside the BBQ area is the fabulous hot tub/jacuzzi with room for 6 people.

On one side of the villa there is a further dining area consisting of another dining table and chairs, this time situated under a shady pergola so there is plenty of space for a large group. The fantastic pool area also features sunloungers and has Roman steps into the inviting water.

Moving to the villa itself, on the ground floor, the self contained modern 3 bedroom apartment is wheelchair friendly and is fully air-conditioned and benefits from under floor heating also. Enter into the striking open plan kitchen/dining area which contains a table, 6 chairs and pictures and features recessed halogen lighting as well as the under floor heating and air-conditioning.

The kitchen area is furnished with the high specification appliances, such as washing machine, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, ceramic hob, stainless steel extractor fan, microwave, Hoover an iron and ironing board. From the dining area is a stylish separate WC and hand basin all fully tiled.

The stylish lounge area of the ground floor, as well as being air-conditioned, features a leather corner unit sofa, coffee table, flat screen TV (with Dutch channels) with surround sound, DVD, standard lamp, recessed halogen lighting and a table lamp.

The master bedroom, again air-conditioned, features a double bed, bedside cabinets, lamps and pictures. The second bedroom, also air-conditioned, features twin beds, 4 drawer chest and lamp. The third bedroom, also air-conditioned, contains twin beds, bedside cabinet and lamp.

The main bathroom on the ground floor is spacious featuring a bath (with shower over), WC, basin and mirror with lights above, as well as a walk in wet room shower area.

The main part of the villa is reached via the front steps. The outside terrace area is furnished with a table,chairs and a drinks trolley and is lit at night. It also has pull down blinds for windy days.

Moving inside the villa itself is the lounge area, again air-conditioned, containing a corner unit sofa, coffee table, standard lamp, leather chair, plants, pictures, mirror and lamps and a traditional Spanish fireplace with log burner for winter lets. There is also a large built in hallway cupboard containing a hoover. For your entertainment, there is a large Satellite TV with some Dutch and UK terrestrial and satellite channels, DVD and CD music system. The sunny dining area of the 1st floor contains a dining table and 4 chairs, plus a wall unit and plants!

Moving into the kitchen, this contains all you would expect in a property of this standard, including oven, ceramic hob, extractor fan, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, fridge/freezer, kettle, microwave and iron and ironing board.

The master bedroom, again air-conditioned, features a double bed, bedside cabinets, and lamps. Plus a dressing area with mirror and 3 built in wardrobes containing hanging shelves. The master bedroom also contains en suite facilities of a bath (with shower over), WC and basin plus a cabinet with mirror and lights overhead.

The second bedroom (again air-conditioned) contains twin beds, bedside cabinet and lamp, plus two double built in wardrobes containing a safe for your belongings during your stay.

The main bathroom on the 1st floor contains a walk in shower, WC plus a basin with cabinet and mirror above plus lights overhead.

External stairs lead to the 2nd floor of this huge villa, which contains a one bedroom self contained apartment! Again air-conditioned, the lounge features a double sofa bed, two double built in wardrobes, pictures, coffee table and lamps. Plus there is a TV, DVD and a rocking chair!

The kitchen for this area contains a hob, extractor fan, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee machine and kettle plus a table, 4 chairs and a hoover.

Also on this floor is a bathroom containing a shower cubicle, WC, basin, cabinet with a mirror and a washing machine

Patio doors lead from the lounge of the 2nd floor to a spectacular roof terrace which is furnished with 4 further sunloungers, 4 reclining chairs, plus a table and 2 side tables. In addition there is a pergola for shade and the terrace is lit at night! From this terrace there are fantastic views of Alicante Bay and the mountains.

As if all this wasnt enough, the beautiful beach is only a short drive away and an excellent selection of supermarkets, bars, restaurants and banks is just a 5 minute walk away. An absolutely superb villa!
