The top-floor apartment has an air conditioned large living and dining room with comfortable sofas, Satellite-TV , DVD player & CD player. From here patio doors lead onto a furnished balcony. On the roof there is a large private roof terrace, equipped with a barbecue, shaded dining table and chairs, sun loungers and a shower.
The kitchen is well equipped with oven, fridge freezer and Gas cooker. In the separate utility room there is a washing machine. We also have small appliances such as iron, toaster, electric kettle, etc.
Off the internal lobby are three bedrooms, one double (with air conditioning) and one twin. The third has bunk beds. There is also a safe. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. The apartment has two complete bathrooms.
A private parking space is available.
The apartment is just 50 meters behind the famous Pine Walk, ideal for all the family to while away those long hot summer days.
Lovers of sport and natural pursuits will find this area the ideal place to enjoy their favourite activities.
The port is a ten-minute walk away with a choice of cafes, restaurants and different kind of shops to pass the time along the way.
Pollensa is, without any doubt, one of the most attractive municipalities of the island, combining sea, countryside and mountains with great natural and cultural wealth. Puerto Pollensa as the coastal town has been famous for many years due to its outstanding beauty and scenic view, being the largest bay in Mallorca.
The elegant and cosmopolitan Old Town of Pollensa, which is specially chosen by the most discerning visitors to our Island, is just a ten-minute drive from the apartment. The Plaza Mayor is a must for the Sunday morning market to stock up with fruit and flowers for the week. At the end of the day its the place to sit and watch the world go by after dinner in one of its many excellent restaurants.
Close by are also the wet lands of sAlbufera and the Torrent des Rec.
Pricing:
Cost is per week. Prices include: Welcome pack, weekly change of linen and bath-towels. A deposit of 35% is payable on booking by bank-transfer.
Minimum length of stay 1 week.
