Luxury new two bedroom, two bathroom Villa with private Swimming pool situated at La Torre Golf resort, Costa Calida, Spain.
This is one of the New Polaris World Jack Nicholas Golf resorts. La Torre is situated in Roldan just 20 mins from the beautiful City of Historical Murcia and 30 mins from Naval Base Town of Cartagena.
The beaches of Mar Menor and just 10 mins by car. Lo Pagan and Santiago De La Ribera are very safe beach with shallow waters for children and a haven for water sport enthusiasts.
San Javier Murcia Airport is just 10 mins from the resort while Alicante airport is 60 mins away.
Espacio Shopping Centre is just 25 mins towards Cartagena
On arrival at La Torre
You will be impressed by the Tree lined Boulevard and fountains. This is a gated Community with 24 hour security.
The white washed Villas, Town Houses and Apartments are located to create an air of elegance and space.
Town Centre
The Villa is located beside the Town Centre with its many restaurants, shops, Supermarket with coffee shop, Health and beauty shop, Bars and Magnificient Club House offering Buffet Lunch, Evening Dinner, evening entertainment and theme Nights. The Conference Centre hosts many of the resorts Special occasions e.g. New Year Gala Dinner. All are located around a large Lake
Also located at Town Centre are many shops and services : Travel Agent, Solicitor, Medical Centre, Caja Murcia, Hair and Beauty Salon, Ice Cream parlour etc. Many more planned for 2008
Kings College is also located on the resort.
Shuttle bus
There is a courtesy Shuttle bus from La Torre to the other Polaris World resorts . Car hire is recommended to avail of all that this Area has to offer.
La Torre 5* Hotel and facilities
The 5* Intercontinental Hotel and Spa is due to open in Spring 2008 adding to the various Restaurant choices already available at La Torre as Follows:
Italian ( Acacia- Trattoria), Tapas Bar, Irish Bar,
Payella Restaurant (Limonero) and Buffet at club House.
There are a number of Ventas within a few minutes of the resort offering Tapas and Spanish food at very reasonable prices. Steaks, Fish, Pork and lamb are also on the Menu. The local red wine (En Casa) of the house is a must at €1 per glass. There is a fine Indian restaurant five mins from the resort on the service road and again prices are very reasonable.

Casa de Suenos
General: Although the Villa is Located beside the Town Centre it enjoys a quiet Location at end of a Street.
It boasts a large Terrace and garden with private Swimming pool. The large Rooftop Solarium/Garden has a water feature and sun loungers.
As all of the rooms are located on ground floor it is suitable for young and not so young and is also wheel chair accessible.

Living Area: Large Lounge / dining room with bay windows and patio leading on to Terrace and pool. Dining room caters for six people or if you feel like dining al fresco outdoor patio furniture seats six also.
Kitchen: Electric four burner Cooker with oven and extractor fan. Dishwasher, large fridge freezer with separate drinks fridge in Utility. Automatic Washing machine.
Microwave Combination oven is also supplied with electric kettle, toaster etc.
Sufficient crockery for six people. Pots pans and various other coking utensils are also supplied.
Bedrooms: Two bedrooms, one un-suite. One Double and one twin room sleeping four people
Bathrooms: Two in total. One un-suite and the other located beside twin bedroom, both with Toilet, Hand basin, Bidet and shower
