Absolutely exceptional and beautifully furnished fully air-conditioned 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom (2 en suite) private villa set in its own grounds with large private pool and with free WiFi access. There are also mosquito screens on all doors and windows, plus an excellent selection of FREE baby equipment for the younger travellers included in the cost of your holiday as is one beach towel per guest and a hairdryer per bedroom – leaving you more room in your suitcase!

Outside, the beautiful 8 x 4 m pool features Roman steps and is also lit at night. Surrounding the pool are 6 sun loungers, and a large parasol as well as 2 small drinks tables and a walk in shower.

In the lovely garden, complete with mature trees, including olive and lemon, is a shady pergola, underneath which is a dining table and 6 chairs.

And, for the complete dining 'al fresco' experience, a large brick built BBQ is provided along with a food preparation area and outside sink! Also the whole garden area is lit at night, providing a superb atmosphere.

Moving towards the villa, outside is a large shady terrace area, furnished with a 2 seater sofa, 2 chairs and a coffee table, plus a wall mounted cooling fridge for your drinks! In addition this lovely area is also lit at night, making it perfect for a glass of wine or two(!) come sundown. This area also features pull out blinds, which makes it perfect for shade in the hot summer days.

Moving inside the villa, the stylish air-conditioned lounge contains 2 sofas (one 3 seater and one 2 seater), coffee table, mirror, side tables, pictures and lamps.

For your entertainment there is a 42” flat screen TV, with some UK terrestrial and Satellite channels, surround sound, DVD player and CD music system plus an excellent selection of DVD’s and paperbacks for your use during your stay. There is also a useful Guest Information file to help you make the most of your stay.

The stylish and sunny dining area features a wrought iron dining table and 6 chairs as well as pictures, ornaments and a standard lamp.

Moving through into the designer kitchen, this super area contains everything you would possibly need on your holiday, including oven, ceramic hob, extractor fan, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, coffee machine, kettle and toaster, slow cooker, sandwich maker, iron and ironing board in addition to a fantastic selection of utensils. There is also a gas boiler to ensure a constant supply of hot water. Plus, there is a back door from the kitchen which leads out to the lovely back garden area.

As if the outside space wasn’t enough, the back garden contains a fabulous decked area with shady pergola, table and 4 chairs, 2 reclining chairs and a drinks table plus a large parasol.

Also on the ground floor is the master bedroom, again air-conditioned, which contains a double bed, bedside cabinets, lamps, pictures and a ceiling fan.

In addition, this lovely bedroom contains a dressing area with lights, chair, mirror and shelf, plus both one double and one single built in wardrobe and a handy hairdryer for your use during your stay, which saves on your packing!

The dressing area continues through to the en suite, which contains a bath (with shower over and shower screen), bidet, WC and a basin in a marble-topped vanity unit. Above the vanity unit is a mirror with lights.

The third bedroom, again air-conditioned and beautifully furnished, is also on the ground floor and features twin beds, bedside cabinet, lamp, ceiling fan, mirror and pictures. In addition there is a double built in wardrobe containing both a 4 and a 3 drawer chest plus there is another double built in wardrobe in this room and another hairdryer for your convenience during your stay.

Also on the ground floor is the shower room. Handily located, this features a walk in shower with screen, WC and a built in basin with a mirror and lights overhead and another wall unit for your toiletries.

Moving upstairs, via the marble staircase to a galleried landing, you will find the second bedroom. Again air-conditioned for your comfort, and stylishly furnished, this lovely room contains a double bed, bedside cabinets, lamps and pictures plus a large shelf and mirror. There is also a ceiling fan for your comfort, another hairdryer and two double built in wardrobes (both containing 4 drawer chest for your belongings). There are also patio doors which lead out to the lovely roof terrace (which is also accessible from the galleried landing).

This bedroom also features en suite facilities of a walk in shower, WC, bidet and a basin in a marble surround, plus a mirror overhead with lighting.

As mentioned, the super roof terrace is accessed either from the patio doors in the second bedroom, or from the door from the galleried landing. This fabulous area has mountain views and contains 2 more sun loungers, small drinks table and large parasol. In addition, on this fantastic roof terrace, there is a dining table, 4 chairs and a parasol plus plants and it is lit at night.

A super selection of bars and restaurants and a supermarket are just a 5 minute walk away, with an even greater selection just a few minutes more. And of course the incredible sand duned beach is just a 3 minute drive away – an absolutely fantastic location for your family’s summer holiday!
