The villa is located between Algarrobo (2.5 km) and Sayalonga (2.5 km)in the east of Malaga. It is 6km (5 minutes) from exit number 277 in the motorway to Torrox and 10 km to the beach,restaurants and nightlife by car. It is 35 km (40 minutes) from Málagas airport and 22 Km ( 18minutes) from Nerja.
VILLA VIRGINIA has 4 bedrooms: 1º double bed (bed 2x2, jacuzzi tub) ,2º double bed (handicapped accessible), 3º two single beds, 4º two single beds, every bedroom has a bathroom, kitchen, and a large living room.
In the living room there is a big fireplace, Hi fi-CD, TV and video. In front of the main door there is a pergola covered with a vine plant, providing nice shade.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave and dishwasher.
The washing machine, iron and boiler all are located inside the house.
Outdoor swimming pool is 6 by 11 meters, one side is 50 cm deep and the other is 200 cm, between the house and the swimming pool, approx 25 meters; there is a big tree with a table and chairs underneath to lounge in the evenings in the shade. The barbeque is between the swimming pool and the house and is lit for evening use.
About the track (no se que quieres decir con la palabra track... pienso que debes decir dirt road?), there is 500 m from the road to the villa, the track arrives until the house, and it is good, there is a country track and you will have to cross a little river, a stream, there is not a bridge, but the river is 5 or 10 cm deep. I have no problems crossing with my Peugeot 205.
Its located in an area surrounded by mountains, in the middle of fruit trees including lemon, oranges, mangos, avocados, nísperos (in April)...
The plot has a little river nearby, ideal for children to catch frogs, and tortoises. The house is located to the South.
