This large 3 bedroom apartment is situated on a quiet development in lovely extensive grounds with a large swimming pool and separate childrens pool and play area overlooking the 5th tee of the local golf course. In the large comfortable lounge there is a TV and DVD player with a selection of DVDs and a good choice of books. This opens on to a large terrace with table and chairs and open views of the fifth tee and the swimming pool.
The kitchen is well equiped with cooker and oven,coffee machine, fridgefreezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, iron and ironing board and everything else you will need.
The master bedroom has a large ensuite with bath and overhead shower and the other two double bedrooms are also of a good size. The beds are all single and can be pushed together nor separated as required. There is also a family bathroom with a shower. Off one of the bedrooms there is a small terrace with a chair for those quiet moments. All the bedrooms have large fitted wardrobes with lots of space to unpack.
For our younger guests there is a travel cot, a buggy, a high chair and a large toy box full of toys and books.
The apartment is equiped to a high standard with all the things required to make your holiday more enjoyable.
We have two bikes for the more energetic, two set of clubs for those fancying a round of golf...we are after all on the fifth tee and reduced fees are available. There are also two tennis courts and two paddle courts and raquets and balls in the apartment and a fishing rod for the excellent fishing off the beach and the pier.
There is secure underground parking and a lift to the first floor.
The beautiful safe beach is a short drive away in the car or within walking distance for those who like a walk. We provide beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, body boards, wind break, cool bag. Along the beach therre are beach bars and in the high season para surfing etc. For the younger ones there are lots of beach toys and games
The fishing town of Ayamonte is just five minutes away and here you will find a wealth of small shopsin narrow pedestrianised streets, tiled plazas surrounded by cafes and palm trees, a marina and a charming ambience which is very Spanish.
The river Guadiana on which Ayamonte is situated is the border with Portugal and when you cross the impressive bridge you have Portugal
and all it has to offer. You can also cross on the ferry which runs regularly.
Seville is one and a quarter hours away and the Nature reserve Donana makes for an interesting day out.
