The villa is in a quiet residential area. The villa is detached and stands in its own secluded garden. Private drive with ample covered parking area.


Naya
The large sunny enclosed room overlooks the pool and Calpe’s rock is equipped with a dining room table and chairs. This leads on to the large comfortable lounge.
Lounge
Comfortable large lounge 2 three-piece suites and a two setter sofa bed coffee table, T. V 32 LCD Free SAT System " , Video, Radio and CD-Player. The villa is equipped with a book and video library. There is a wood burning stove ideal for the winter months.
Kitchen
Newly equipped, fully tiled kitchen with gas hob and oven with extractor, large fridge freezer and microwave, coffee machine, two toasters and fruite jucier. There is also a washing machine located outside for your use.

Master bedroom
Double bed with bedside cabinets and large freestanding wardrobe. There is a on suite fully tiled bathroom comprising of shower, washbasin and toilet. The master bedroom has air-conditioning.

Two Single beds with bedside cabinets and large built in wardrobe the views over look the pool area.
