Beautiful 3 bedroom penthouse apartment situated on the beach, with over 7 km of golden sand with stunning views out to sea and magnificent sun sets from the large terrace.

The apartment which sleeps six people is 121 m2 and has a huge 157 m2 terrace which enjoys all day sun.

The terrace is planted with plants and flowers and has a covered pegola with top and side awnings, a large brick BBQ, sun loungers, dining table and chairs to seat six and an informal seating area to enjoys drinks.

The apartment has 3 Bedrooms, 1 king, 2 twins. The main bedroom has a king size bed with full en-suite bathroom, fitted wardrobes, air conditioning / heating system and blackout blinds on the bedroom has double doors which open onto a juliette balcony with views of the ocean.

Both second and third bedrooms have two single beds which can be pushed together to make doubles, fitted wardrobes, air conditioning / heating system and blackout blinds on the windows. Both bedrooms share a full bathroom.
The third bedroom has an additional Tv with video player, making this an ideal room for children.

The large kitchen is fully fitted with oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee machine and all necessary kitchenware and utensils. The washing machine, iron & board and clothes airer are all found in the utility room.

The lounge and dining room has a large dining table and 6 chairs, Flatscreen Tv with Sky (bring your card to view more programs), Dvd player, Cd player, Ipod docking station,large L shaped sofa and coffee table.

Both the lounge and kitchen lead onto the large (157m2) sun terrce which has stunning views along the sandy beach.
The terrace has a covered pergola area which gives shade in summer and can be fully enclosed in the winter creating another area to enjoy the sunshine.
There is an additional dining table and six chairs, sun loungers and large BBQ.

The secure complex has 1 large swimming pool and 1 smaller childrens pool, a childrens play area with swings and slide, beautiful gardens and secure underground parking for 2 cars, with direct lift access to the penthouse.

There are a number of great fish restaurants and beach bars within walking distance and a supermarket.

Nearby activities and sports include golf courses (reduced green fees for Isla Canela renters), practice courses with putting greens, social club with golf school, harbour, paddle tennis, sailing club, tennis club, fishing, marina and shopping centres.

Isla Canela is a peaceful, largely under developed natural island linked by a bridge to Ayamonte, just inside the Spanish border close to Portugal. It enjoys an exceptional average climate of 20 - 25 degrees with gentle breezes and over 300 days of sunshine throughout the year.

You are spoilt for choice when it comes to the best golf courses.
Isla Canela, Islantilla, St. Lorenzo, Castro Marim, Benamoura Tavira, Bella Vista, Vilamoura, Quinta do Rio and Nuevo Portil are just some of the fabulous golf courses all within a one hour circuit.

Hi Charlotte

Just wanted to let you know that we've returned home from our holiday in the sun. Your penthouse is so well appointed, definitely the best location in Isla Canela. When we discovered where some of the other penthouses we were looking at were located, boy were we glad we chose yours! We were delighted with the standard of accommodation and it will be a challenge in future years to find somewhere to accommodate us at a similar level. There was so much floor space that even with 3 teenagers we were able to find our own space. The beds were also really comfortable.
For the first time in my life whilst on holidays, we cooked meals at home - in all these years I've never done this but because the kitchen was so well stocked with bowls etc it wasn't a problem, and the nights we BBQ'd were thoroughly enjoyable.
We used the beach more than we usually would as we enjoyed it so much.
We have nice memories and decent tans to remember our holiday - the tans will fade but the memories won't.
