Clients give excellent comments after their stay and all enjoy themselves. The apartment is very reasonably priced for a larger than average air conditioned 1 bedroom apartment which is ideal for couples.

The apartment is in an excellent location in a quiet area of well established holiday resort. Walking distance to Son Moll beach, entertainment and the bustling marina full of holiday atmosphere. The restaurants and bars have excellent sea views and sunsets. The Marina has sailing and fishing trips and a ferry to Menorca. There is a supermarket Eroski Syp directly underneath the apartment block. 3 local beaches can be reached by a mini train which runs around the resort.

The apartment consists of hall with guest cloarkroom with wc & hand basin. There is an open plan lounge dining room, and separate kitchen with two ring electric hob, microwave, toaster, fridge/freezer. There is also a separate laundry room. The apartment has 1 bedroom (1 double bed) with an en suite bathroom. Please note there are two wcs in the apartment and fitted wardrobes in both lounge and bedroom. The air conditioning is essential for the hot mallorcan weather.

There is a small balcony to the back of the apartment and a terrace with table and chairs to the front. This is ideal for breakfast or relaxing with a drink. Price includes cleaning,towels and linen. NOTE BEACH TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED.

A holiday in Cala Ratjada will apeal to all, as this can be as relaxing or lively as you choose with the many facilities available. The resort will appeal to golfers, cyclist, walkers, bird watchers.

Local facilities 3 golf courses, horse riding, watersports, a diving school, boat trips, sea fishing, tennis.

A car is not necessary in Cala Ratjada as everything in walking distance. There are tour offices in the resort for excusions on Mallorca. You can use a shuttle bus from the airport which can be booked on This cost approx £40.00 return. Taxi can also be used from airport. A car may be cheaper if you want to explore the beautiful island and local bays during your holiday.
