An attractive, classical three-bedroom villa with separate twin bedded annex with its own en suite shower room (see note below). Finca Tropical is peacefully located in an avocado grove, 5mins to Coin and 25 minutes to Marbella, Puerto Banus and the sea. The villa is in excellent order throughout. The main house comprises one double bedroom leading out to a large sun terrace/balcony and two twin bedrooms. There is a bathroom with shower and WC upstairs and a separate shower and WC downstairs. The annex bedroom has a large ensuite shower room. The kitchen is fully fitted with hob,oven and microwave. The spacious sitting room is comfortably furnished with TV and video and has a dining area at one end. The private 4x6.5m pool has an outdoor shower and there is an outdoor kitchen/barbecue. The garden is well maintained and includes a variety of fruit trees and grapevines with magnificent views across the surrounding countryside. There is a ball games area at the side of the house and the non-slip pool surround makes it safe for young children. For larger groups wishing to holiday together but still retain their privacy, there is a smaller, two bedroom villa (Villa Maria) nearby which also has a large private pool and wireless internet connection. Ample parking and gated driveway. Please note that the separate twin bedded annex with ensuite shower room is only available for groups of 8 and at an additional cost of £110 per week.
Cots, highchairs, stairgate or Z bed are available by arrangement for a small additional charge. Optional pool heating available at a cost of £55 per week. Aircon and internet access included. Bedlinen and towels provided but please bring your own beach towels.
