We have 2 identical 2 bedroomed apartments in Mojacar
Both apartments are Spacious 2 Bedroom apartments with spectacular sea views, 300m from the beach, on a quiet complex with 2 shared pools.
The apartments have air-conditioning for the summer, heating for the winter.
Each apartment has:
1 double bedroom, en suite with patio doors opening onto the terrace, 1 twin room, both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes.
2nd shower room with WC.
Fitted kitchen, washing machine, microwave, Hob and builtin oven, Plenty of worksurfaces and cupboard space and all the pots, pans and utensils your need for self catering.
The Lounge/Diner with solid pine table and chairs, a Sofa bed and arm chair, , DVD, Radio/cd/cassette player.
There is a large terrace, with wonderful views over the blue Mediterranean sea, patio table, chairs and Sun Lounger’s. BBQ.
The apartments are located on Puerto Marina complex which is on the most westerly part of Mojacar Playa.
300 meters to the beach and 500 meters to the bars and restaurants of Playa Mojacar. Close to Indalo Hotel.
Mojacar is a family resort, quite unique on the Costas as there are no high rise and an easy laid backed atmosphere. The Spanish call it the "enchanted corner". Unlike most spanish resorts Mojacar is alive throughout the year, and with the warmest climate in Spain it is ideal for those out of season breaks. With the "Serra Navada" only a couple of hours drive away it is possible to Ski in the Morning and sunbath on the beach in the afternoon.
Mojacar beachfront has a good variety of restaurants, bars and shops within walking distance of the apartment or a short drive.
Bordering the Calo Nejar Natural Park with it fabulous scenery, the Coves and Harbours all along this coastline have some great bars and restaurants.
10-minute drive away from 3 good Golf Courses,with 2 more within a short drive.
The Fishing port of Garracha is a 10min drive along the coast, a lively town with some great restaurants and bars.
