This poolside duplex is in a modern complex called 43 Daya sol 3 near the village of Daya Vieja just 10km from Guardamar and 2km from the village of Daya Nueva. 43 Daya sol 3 is a fully air conditioned duplex and has two bedrooms, 1 bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and living room and fully furnished large solarium with shower plus furnished poolside terrace. The duplex sleeps 4 people (plus two ie: pull out sofa bed). The village of Daya Vieja has 3 bars/3 restaurants, pharmacy, bakery (panaderia) and hairdresser. It has its own police station and town hall. There is also a community swimming pool (summer only). There are areas of orange and lemon groves, and is surrounded by small farms with horses, sheep, and goats etc, all within walking distance. If you want to experience the real Spain then you won’t be disappointed. Fiestas and other celebrations are held throughout the year in Daya Vieja and in the many small towns and villages in the vicinity. Ones to note are Easter, mid May and end of August/beginning September. There are many weekly markets to go to close by. The nearest beach is Guardamar Del Segura (awarded European blue flag), only 10 minutes drive with miles of fine white sand, bars and restaurants. A number of golf courses are within easy reach of Daya Vieya villiage, La Finca Algorfa Golf 10 km, La Marquesa, Rojales Golf Course 3 km. Golfing trips can be arranged with big discounts on green fees and golf clubs can be hired at low rates I would advice you hire a car for your holiday but we can arrange pickup and return to the airport if you wish. A deposit of 100 euros will secure your holiday booking and the remainder can be paid on your arival at the complex
