Miraflores is one of the most beautiful resorts in southern Spain. Located 16km from Marbella, its toes are in the Mediterranean looking toward Morocco.

The apartment is set in a stunning residential garden development built in typical Andalusian pueblo style; lush gardens and sparkling waterfalls surround you wherever you are.

This 1st floor Air conditioned apartment at Miraflores, has a spacious lounge/dining area with large, picture window with inset patio doors leading on to the balcony which overlooks beautiful gardens. It has 2 large, comfortable, settees, one being a double sofa bed, centred around a coffee table, in front of a working fireplace, and a 26” flat screen with Satellite TV, DVD player.

At the end of the living room there is a dining table with 6 dining chairs, and is adjacent to the well-equipped kitchen. The kitchen is fully fitted with ample storage space and well equipped for self-catering, including fridge freezer, hob, oven, microwave and washing machine.
The master bedroom has a double wardrobe, an en-suite bathroom with, bath, shower, washbasin and wc,
The second double bedroom has twin beds it is light, bright and has a fully fitted wardrobe and bedside tables.
There is a spacious family bathroom with large shower, washbasin and wc. The mature, well stocked and established, attractively planted surrounding gardens provide a gorgeous outlook from the apartment
There is a car park space for the property
There is no smoking allowed inside the property

The apartment is conveniently located close to the tennis courts and bowling greens. You may wish to spend your time soaking up the sun and relaxing by the pool, which is c;ose tot the apartment at a lower level (free sun-beds are available) there is also a children area in the pool.

Additionally, golfers can use Miraflores own golf course where buggy, trolley & club hire are available.Miraflores, La Cala, and Capapino golf courses are just a short car ride away. Some 30 further golf courses within 25 min drive

Shops, banks, two supermarkets, several restaurants and bars are nearby.
The property is just a five-minute walk to the quiet beach.
This property is perfect for a relaxing holiday with the family or friends, and a car is not essential as all amenities are within walking distance

The Miraflores clubhouse is the social hub of the resort; it is where you can enjoy a candle lit dinner, cold buffets and barbecues, or a drink in the bar. There is entertainment provided all year round and in reception you may use the internet.

Miraflores Resort is just 25 minutes from Malaga Airport or 60 minutes from Gibraltar. An assortment of trips may be booked at Miraflores reception for example Gibraltar-Ronda or even Tangiers .

The main bus route from Malaga/Marbella - Marbella/Fuengirola is only a 5-minute walk away, as is the beach.

The famous resorts of Marbella and Puerto Banus are only 25 minutes travel. Where you may wish to wander around the Old Town or just relax in one of the many bars and resturaunts at the harbouside and watch the beautiful people stroll by. The shopping is also fabulous.

The resort of Fuengirola is only 20 minutes away has all the beach and night life you could possibly wish for, which include discos, bars and fabulous resturants. There is also a zoo, waterpark and miles of beautiful sandy beach.

Fuengirola holds the biggest street market in Andalusia on a Tuesday.

The small town nearby called La Cala Mijas, has a lovely beach and lots of bars and resturants. There is also a local market twice a week.

Larger parties may be accomodated in our adjecent Town House. Long let may be considered during low season
