A large detached 3 bedroom one family penthouse in a prime frontal position overlooking the swimming pools and garden with magnificent views of the sea and beach and with sun on the large private terrace for over 12 hours a day in summer.
There are two swimming pools one large pool 30 metres long and one small pool for small children and also an on-site tennis and racquet court is available for all guests, tennis raquets are provided as well as small childrens bicycles scooters and various toys. Terrace parasols, sun loungers and reclining chairs are also provided for up to six adults and children.

The large terrace is landscaped with mature plants and palms automatically irrigated and with a glazed conservatory area off the terrace which is ideal for dining all year round. Sun loungers and a gas barbecue are provided.

The apartment is air conditioned with independant controls in the two main bedrooms all doors and windows are fully double glazed and fitted with both security and insect blinds and the two main bedrooms have flat panel television, in addition all three bedrooms and the lounge area have large fitted ceiling fans. There is a 42" flat panel television in the lounge with freeview satellite showing english channels and there is a digital freeview receiver for all spanish channels.
The main bedroom has a small balcony platform. an ensuite bathroom and a super king size bed.

There is a large dining table seating six inside the apartment lounge/dining area and another large extending table seating upto 8 more within the glazed covered terrace.

A large fully equipped kitchen/breakfast area with a breakfast table seating four and with double marble work top is fully equipped with a full height fridge freezer and dishwasher, oven hot plates, blender, two fat fryers and coffee percolator a microwave and juicer. A ventilated utility laundry area is provided off the kitchen with large washing machine and tumble dryer (for winter only).

The penthouse apartment is managed by a local company thatis on hand at all times to assist you during your stay regarding cycle hire, local excursions, internet, additional maid services etc.

Please be aware this is a popular beach holiday resort in spain and there are community rules prohibiting noise between midnight and 0800 that are generally adhered to with private security patrols during summer months.

Please first check the amenities, availability prices and terms of booking are suitable. Please call +447802244050 to make any reservation enquiries.
A non returnable 30% deposit is required on booking. The balance is requred 10 weeks before departure.
Local and fully bilingual agents will be available on arrival with keys and will collect on departure they will be available throughout your stay for any additional requests and requirements. Any breakages should be made good prior to departure, a 500 euro security deposit is now required with your final payment refundable within 2 weeks after departure less any damages or extra cleaning charges.
In the event of a booking being cancelled for whatever reason within 8 weeks of departure the full cost of the reserved accommodation will be charged for, but 70% will be refunded if the property is re-let. If however we have to cancel your reservation we will refund any payment you have made in full. Please ensure that you take out adequate insurance to cover any unforseen problems, cancellation charges etc. We can not be held responsible for any other costs you may incur. Failure to settle the outstanding balance within 6 weeks of departure will forfeit the 30% booking deposit and the apartment will be re let.
