This brand new luxury Three Bedroom, Three bathroom Villa sleeps six in comfort.
This villa offers all you would expect from a quality property, it comes complete with a tastefully landscaped Gardens, with stone BBQ and quality Garden furniture, overlooking the landscaped communal pool, and is fully air conditioned(Hot & Cold) throughout.

Accommodation

The villa is laid out over two floors, with mainly traditional Spanish features.

Lounge

If you want a quiet moment out of the sun this is the place, with its 28 channel Satellite LCD TV and DVD, comfortable settee and two stylish chairs, finished with a set of stylist curtains, what more could you want.

Dinning Room

The well placed dinning room overlooks the landscaped garden, and with the French doors open you can dine inside whilst enjoying the outdoors.
The dinning room also has a full height beamed ceiling which allows the light to flood in from the first floor.
There is a lovely Glass/wrought iron dinning table with Rattern chairs.

Kitchen

If you like well equipped kitchens, we have the one for you! Not only is it well placed having a door out onto the landscaped gardens and being next to the dinning room, it also has all you could want.
As well as a large Fridge/Freezer, oven/hob/extractor, Microwave , Washing Machine and dishwasher, it is has a full range of kitchen utensils, crockery and drinking Glasses and just to finish it off a lemon squeezer and Coffee peculator.
Oh and also an ironing board, iron and clothes airier if you are feeling crazy!.

Bedrooms

The villa has three bedrooms, two with ensuite shower rooms, one with a bath. All have traditional dark wood fitted wardrobes with wrought iron furniture.
The two bedrooms on the ground floor each have two single beds, whilst the master bedroom on the first floor has a large double bed with its own private terrace.

Gardens

The rear Landscaped garden overlooks the pool, and has everything you could want, with its extended terrace, on which you have a stone BBQ, terrace garden furniture for six and two stylish sun loungers.
The garden is child friendly with its wrought iron fencing, meaning you can enjoy the views of the pool without concerns for small children.

On resort

There is not only a fabulous championship golf course, Academy and six hole practice course and Childrens play area, there is also an excellent a la carte restaurant, café bar which serves a great 3 course meal for 11 euros/£7 and also a traditional Spanish Bar.
Also for those energetic types, there are tennis courts for those cooler times of the day.
All of this is a short 2 minute drive or a pleasant walk away from the Villa.

If you are a golfer, as a guest you get a 35% discount on Green Fees

The resort has 24 hour security for peace of mind.

Off resort

The resort is ideally placed for many activities, with many excellent blue flag beaches just a 25 minute drive away on the either the south coast(Costa Calida) or the east coast(Costa Blanca).
Just 15 kms away from the resort , is the historic coastal city of Cartagena with its port and marina and excellent shops , and North from the resort the regional Capital of Murcia with its fabulous architecture and cafe culture.
Just a stones through from the resort is the typically Spanish Town of Fuente Alamo. This has many of things you would expect of a small town, Bars, some great restaurants, Supermarket and shops.

The Hacienda del Alamo resort is situated in the Murcia region in the South East of Spain.
