Our house is a four story house located on a residential street in the heart of the old part of town. It has a small side balcony and two roof-top terraces. From the roof you can see a small piece of ocean and sweeping views of the church and town and surrounding hills. At night the town lit up is a lovely view whilst sat on the terrace. It is a very short (5 minutes or less) walk to the shopping areas, the beach and several excellent flamenco bars and restaurants (one just a short walk away!).
There are : four bedrooms consisting of one double bedroom, two twin bedrooms, and one single (walk through) bedroom.
Kitchen, large dining room, lounge , bathroom with bath and shower over, ensuite toilet (off courtyard bedroom) with wc and washbasin. Laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
There is a BBQ on the roof terrace with large table and chairs, bench , a sun longer and two sunchairs . Bed linen, bath and beach towels are provided.
Staying here you will be literally around the corner from the archaeological museum that is housed in the caves at the foot of the castle.

The boardwalk along the beach closest to our house is home to many beach bars where you can sit in chairs right on the sand and enjoy a drink or dance to music while watching the moonlight on the water. It is a beautiful place to stroll and is home to shops and several cafebars and restaurants.

This house is a very authentic Spanish townhouse in the middle of Almuñecar. Everything you need is in short walking distance down beautiful original cobblestone streets. It is ideal for experiencing small town Spanish life while enjoying the beach.


There are no hidden fees! All utilities and before-and-after cleaning services are included in the weekly prices listed below.

Notes spéciales
The lower terrace has a built in charcoal grill and patio furniture.
We do not have any electronics except for a good stereo/cd player in the living room. There is no tv or phone or computer hook-ups (although there are several internet cafes nearby).
The street is not accessable by car, so the house may be inappropriate for anyone who has trouble walking up or down hill. You may park a car in the adjoining street (just one house up from us) however, there is no guarantee of a space.

25 % deposit payable to secure the booking. Balance payable three weeks before arrival. There will be a 100 euro damages deposit which is refunded to you at the end of your stay following inspection. There are no additional or "hidden" costs. These prices are all-inclusive.
5% discount for stays of 3 weeks or more. Please ask if you are interested in a longer stay.
