The Bellavista Hills complex is situated in the hills of Calahonda overlooking the Mediterranean. It is approximately 25 minutes from Malaga Airport via the new E15 Autopista motorway. The apartment itself is within 5 minutes walk of local bars, restaurants and supermarket. Further down the hill there is a medical centre, bank, bars & restaurants. In addition, the area boasts 10 golf courses and a well equipped public sports centre with multiple tennis/ squash courts and large gymnasium.

La Cala and the Marina of Cabopino, with their bars, restaurants and beaches are also only 10 minutes away by car, whilst Marbella and the exclusive port area of Puerto Banus, are 15 and 20 minutes drive respectively. Other places of interest within reach include Fuengirola, Ronda, Mijas, Grenada, Seville, Gibraltar, Selwo Wildlife Park, the Waterpark in Fuengirola and the Hippodrome in Mijas where concerts are often scheduled.

The apartment itself is fully air-conditioned (hot& cold) and is furnished to a high standard . The complex has secure access and underground parking (accessed via remote control), landscaped gardens and a nice swimming pool.

The accommodation sleeps 4 and consists of 2 bedrooms (the main with en-suite facilities), separate bathroom, entrance hall, lounge/dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. The lounge area has ample seating, TV, DVD, and a music centre. The living room and master bedroom open onto a large south facing terrace offering excellent sea views. The terrace is furnished with a patio table and chairs, 2 sun loungers and 2 reclining seats.

Whilst it is centrally located for many tourist attractions and within easy striking distance of lively Marbella and Puerto Banus, this friendly, mainly English speaking community, is ideal for families, golfers and those seeking peace and quiet.
