Stylish two double bedroom, two bathroom, sea facing apartment. Comfortably sleeping up to four, the apartment benefits from a large balcony which captures the morning sun. Set in quiet tranquil settings with landscape gardens, two swimming pools, childrens park and play area, paddle and tennis courts. The apartment is ground floor so is particularly safe for children.
Isla Canela is only a 45 minute drive from Faro airport and 75 from Seville airport

Being frontline beach with no roads to cross you are on the doorstep of 7 kilometres of long white sandy beaches, with access to all beach and watersports. A 15-minute stroll along the Palm tree lined promenade will take you to a selection of shops, restaurants and bars with the facilities and entertainment of the nearby 4* Hotel.

For golfers, a challenging 18 Hole Golf course is only 5 minutes away with four others nearly.
The local Town of Ayamonte boasts two pretty tree lined squares surrounded by numerous restaurants and cafes and is typically Spanish and bustling. From the quayside frequent boat trips are available along the river.

The Lounge - Well decorated and furnished to make your holiday memorable, this bright and comfortable room has Satellite TV and DVD/CD player. Mosquito screen at doors to balcony.

The Kitchen - Quality appliances include oven, hob and microwave, fridge-freezer, washing-machine and toaster. Gives onto Utility Room.

Bedroom 1 - This has a king-size double bed, bedside tables with lamps, dressing table, mirror and fitted wardrobe. Ceiling light/fan. Mosquito screen at doors which give on to balcony. Ensuite Bathroom.

Bedroom 2 -Has two large-size single beds, dual bedside chest/dressing table and smaller chest of drawers. Ceiling light/fan. Mosquito screen at window.

Terrace - Large and sea-facing, the terrace gets the morning sun which means that in the hotter months the terrace provides comfortable shade in the afternoon and the apartment remains cooler in the evening. New for this summer, is an outside beer/wine fridge thus freeing up valuable space in the main fridge in the kitchen.

Booking Deposit - A security deposit of £100/150 euros is payable at time of booking, this is refunded at end of your stay after the apartment has been checked for damage/breakages.
Balance - The remainder of the balance is due 6 weeks prior to the holiday.
Linen change/cleaning can be arranged at cost to renter.

For your information, our cancellation policy is as follows: the deposit will be lost if cancellation is received before six weeks of your arrival date. Within three to six weeks of the arrival date, 50% of the total rental will be deducted and within three weeks 100% of rental will be lost.
