> VILLA HALCYON - BEAUTIFUL DETACHED 3/4 BEDROOM VILLA.
The Villa interior is decorated in warm soft yellow shades and offers you home from home comfort, space and privacy to enjoy your holiday. The exterior has recently been painted white and the gardens have now matured into a secluded relaxing area where you can enjoy the smell of fragrant flowers that frame the terrace and the alpine aroma of pine trees which surround the garden. Two conservatory garden rooms and an 8 x 5 mt freeform swimming pool have been added to further improve the Villa and its surroundings. The interior is tastefully furnished so that you can relax and enjoy a comfortable, and exclusive holiday experience.
The Villa is set in a quiet, gated community, and is within easy walking distance for both the Naturist "La Mosca" beach and the beautiful "Playa Flamenca".
The extremely popular "Flamenca Beach" and the "La Mosca" Commercial Centres with their vast array of shops Bars and Restaurants are a comfortable 2 mins stroll away. For your everyday fresh provisions both the Lidl and Supercor supermarkets are easily accessible a short distance on foot. The "Blue Flag" beach resorts of Punta Prima and La Zenia are within an easy walking distance and "Cabo Roig" and "Campoamor" a 5 mins drive by car.

Transfer from Alicante Airport is around 45 minutes.
Transfer from Murcia Airport around 25 minutes, both via the AP7 toll motorway. Car Hire &/or Transfer to and from the Villa can be arranged simply via our locally based Property Management Company.

The bustling harbour town of Torrevieja is 10 mins drive North and easily accessible by Bus, Taxi or Hire Car.
You will spoilt for choice here with Designer Shops like Zara, Jack Jones, Pull&Bear,and C&A, all of which can be found in the exclusive shopping precinct of Habaneras. The international hypermarket chain of Carrefour is adjacent to it. Still close by you can chance your luck at the Casino, or get some exercise at Ten Pin Bowling. Torreviejas infamous Night Club "OK" (formerly Pacha), beautiful flat white sandy beaches, the busy Marina and thriving sea front promenade, where you will find lots of bars and restaurants, and the extremely popular Aquapolis Aqua Park, are all within easy reach and well worth a visit..

Why not enjoy a mix n match holiday. Whilst the sand & sea lovers enjoy swimming and building sand castles at the beach, the Golf enthusiasts have several golf courses to choose from within 10 minutes drive including Villa Martin, La Finca & Las Ramblas, or for those wannabe "Tennis Aces" the hospitality of the "Orihuela Costa Tennis Resort" awaits you close by. Here you can enjoy having lessons or play a match or two with the resident professional player, followed by a swim. Make a day of it and have lunch in their Restaurant too. Later on enjoy your outdoor dining on the Villa terrace & chat about your day.

GROUND FLOOR:-
The beautifully decorated lounge features coffee n cream Leather Furniture, complementing curtains and especially commissioned paintings. It also features a living gas open fireplace, AIR-CONDITIONING and an extendible dining table with seating for 6/8. There is a 32" flatscreen digital TV with English Language Freeview, Satellite reception, a DVD/CD player, Nintendo Wii, and a wide range of books DVDs and CDs for you to use and enjoy. The fully equipped kitchen is bright and airy and in December 2011 had a new Oven and Ceramic Hob fitted. There is a breakfast bar, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, smoothee maker, microwave and sandwich toaster. An adjacent utility area houses the washing machine, vacuum cleaner and new(2012) Combi Gas Boiler. Completing the downstairs accommodation is a fully tiled bathroom with bidet and over bath shower, and two twin bedded rooms, which can easily be re-arranged into doubles. Both bedrooms have built in wardrobes, bedside tables and ceiling fans, and radiators. They each have patio doors that lead out into a large furnished conservatory, which also has 2 ceiling fans. The conservatory also has a TV/DVD player which can be used in conjunction with your own Wii, Playstation, Xbox etc., or for just watching the wide range of dvds on offer for your enjoyment. This versatile room can also be used as an occasional bedroom with its double and single "Sofa beds", or as a separate breakfast/dining/living/ room with its waxed solid wood extendible circular table and 4 chairs, matching dresser and 2 coffee tables with reading lamps, or even as a nice place to chill and relax and read one or all of the many and varied books available for you to enjoy.
The Villa also has Gas central heating which keeps the Villa warm and cosy during the winter and marble floors throughout, keeping the Villa cool during the Summer.

FIRST FLOOR:-
The large, bright and airy, Master Bedroom has a feature vaulted roof, a lovely dark golden pine, King Size 4 Poster bed, matching pine bedroom furniture, fitted double wardrobe, a linked to Sky TV, and a desktop PC with "PAY AS YOU GO" internet access etc., on a contrasting pine workstation. There is a large en-suite fully tiled bathroom with shower over the bath. From the bedroom, French Doors lead through to a private conservatory which as two cream leather reclinable high back chairs with matching foot stools and table lamps. From there, make your way through the louvred blind patio doors and on to a large south facing sun terrace which enjoys privacy, sea views and overlooks the secluded garden and private free form swimming pool. There is plenty of room on the terrace to soak up the Spanish weather on the sunbeds or enjoy a snack on the Patio furniture.

GARDEN:-
Behind the Villa's gates, you will find a private garden surrounded by pine trees. Mature and fragrant flowering shrubs provide a beautiful place to sit and enjoy your alfresco dining on the terrace. There is a driveway with space for 2 cars and an integral Garage. The pool side terrace is fully paved with ample room for sunbathing.

hand to meet you when you arrive in Playa Flamenca.

* Their business hours are:- 10am - 6pm Monday - Friday.
Please note that there will be a "CALL OUT FEE" of
Euro 30 payable to them if you arrive OR need
assistance throughout your holiday outside of these
hours.

*In association with Our locally based Property
Management Company, their Car Hire &/or Airport transfer
service can be provided.

* PLEASE INDICATE AT TIME OF BOOKING IF THIS SERVICE IS
REQUIRED.

* A non refundable 20% deposit is required to reserve your
chosen dates. Full payment will be required 8 weeks
before arrival.

Well known International Golf Courses like "Villa Martin" Las Rambles, La Finca are within a 10 mins drive and are open all year round. The Exclusive "La Manga Golf Resort" is approx 40 mins drive South.

*The Villa, bed linen, bath & hand towels, will be cleaned
prior to your arrival. A mid stay Villa clean can be
arranged at a cost of Euro 70 extra, payable locally.

*Information is available on request, for the cleaning of
Laundry throughout your stay as each item is individually
priced. This service can be paid for locally to our
property management company. Please note that there is a
washing machine available in the Villa for you to use.

*Your initial Laundered bed clothes and towels for up to 6
guests is included in the Basic price quoted.

*FOR 7 OR MORE GUESTS AN OVER OCCUPANCY SUPPLEMENTS OF EURO 20 PER PERSON PER WEEK WILL BE ADDED TO YOUR TOTAL COST QUOTED TO COVER EXTRA LAUNDRY/VILLA CLEANING AT THE END OF YOUR STAY.

*A foldaway cot can be made available free of charge.

*A child's High Chair is also available for use free of
charge.
Please confirm at time of booking if any item or service
is required.

*The Property Management Company will be your close
local contact for help with services from Gas bottle or
light bulb changing, to the arrangement of Car Hire, and
golf outings or local scenic trips and tours.

*Please note that a Call out fee of Euro 30 will be payable
locally to them for ALL requests OUT OF HOURS. Their
normal working hours Monday to Friday 10am - 6.00pm.

*A Non-refundable booking fee of 20% is payable at time of
booking. The remaining balance will become due, without
exception, 8 weeks prior to arrival. Full payment required
on booking if Villa is booked within 8 weeks of arrival.
Your booking may be cancelled if full payment not received
on time.

*Provisional bookings accepted free of charge for up to 3
days enabling you to make your travel arrangements.
*We offer a discount of 20% for bookings of 3 or more weeks
during OFF PEAK seasons. Please enquire by email.
