Our Luxury Townhouse is located in one of the most upscale areas of Altea, Pueblo Mascarat with on one side the beach, marina and sea and on the other side gorgeous mountains.

The house is light and spacious, very nice furnished and is located in a quiet area 5 minutes walk from the beach and 10 minutes from the marina area. There is hot and cold remote controlled air conditioning throughout the house. The Marina area has lovely restaurants overlooking the sea.

The master bedroom is located on the the top floor with a terrace overlooking the sea. A queen size bed with an en-suite bathroom, with a shower, bath, jacuzzi and toilet.

The main floor has an open kitchen, a lounge and dining room area with a fireplace and a large terrace in the front overlooking the pool area and the sea and another patio in the back of the house. The large terrace looks out over the gorgeous and peaceful valley of Mascarat with lots of trees

The bottom floor has two double bedrooms with one bathroom overlooking the garden. One double room has a queen size bed, the second bedroom has two single beds.

Our town house is designed for people looking for an idyllic location, lovers of peace and tranquility, people who enjoy a quiet time by the pool and relaxing strolls through the Mascarat Valley.

Altea town, often called the Pearl of the Mediterranean, is known as an unspoiled idyllic location in the protected natural setting of Altea Bay and offers a splendid variety of quiet and beautiful sandy and shingle beaches. Altea old town itself has long been recognized as the Bohemian centre for musicians, artists and writers from all over Europe. The greatest attraction of the town is at the hill top where you will find the Costa Blancas most distinctive landmark - the Church of Altea with its magnificent dome of blue glazed ceramic tiles. The walk up the hill to the church plaza will involve strolling through narrow cobbled lanes of the old quarter along the array of local craft shops and galleries which should be on everybody to-do list. The plaza offers the most spectacular views of mountains and the Bay of Altea and array of restaurants where you can enjoy both traditional Spanish and a variety of excellent Mediterranean cuisines.
