Fully furnished to a high standard with air-conditioning in all bedrooms, washing machine and dish washer. Superb location close to the communal pool and within a short distance of quality shops, bars, restaurants and golf courses. It is also the perfect family location. The villa comprises three bedrooms, with cot and high chair available for hire, if required. The master bedroom on the first floor has an en-suite bathroom and also access to the solarium with views down to the sea. It also boasts a fully fitted kitchen and large lounge/dining room with double patio doors leading to the front and side sun terraces.

The Villa is within the Villamartin complex, 5 minutes walk from the famous Plaza. The Plaza has numerous high-quality shops, bars and restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets. The location is perfect whether you are away with the family or looking for a fun-packed holiday. The Plaza also has a well stocked supermarket, chemist, surgery and dentist as well as a hairdressers, bowling alley, shops and restaurants.

The Villa is located 5km from a number of exceptionally fine beaches including La Zenia. Transport links are available if you dont want to drive.

The nearby town of Torrevieja is also well worth a visit with its collection of fine shops, tapas bars, marina, parks and beaches

Notes spéciales
A £100 deposit per week (or part) is required to confirm booking with the balance due 10 weeks before arrival. The deposit is refundable if the booking is cancelled more than 12 weeks before the start of the rental period. A £100 key deposit, is also payable with the balance to cover any breakages or damage. This will be refunded 7 days after departure once the property has been inspected. All damage/breakages should be reported to our agents David and Shirley.

The property is available from 3pm on the day of arrival and guests are required to vacate the property by 11 am on the day of departure, to allow for cleaning.

A cleaning fee of 70 euros is payable on arrival to our Agent.

The Villa is STRICTLY NO SMOKING.

Saturday is the preferred change-over day but we are flexible.

Clean linen and towels are provided at the start of the rental period sufficient for the length of stay but a washing machine has been provided for guest use. Guests are required to provide their own pool/beach towels.

Two high chairs are available at the property and cots and bedding can be rented (approx 20 euros per week) if required.

The property is also available for "long let" between the end of September and end May at 750 euros per month plus water and electricity (minimum stay 2 months. The property is fitted with Solar Heating for both hot water and central heating.
