Penthouse apartment app. 80 sqm + balcony/terrace app. 25 sqm. The appartment is a part of Finca Dona Maria. 2 bedrooms. sleeps 4+1 child, 2 bathrooms, one en-suite, direct entrance to the balcony from both bedrooms and the living room. The balcony is faced south and west and you will get the sun the whole day. Table and chairs for 6 at the balcony and also 2 sunbeds. Large kitchen with all appliances such as fridge, freezer, ceramic hup, oven dishwasher, micro oven and also seperate washing room with washing maschine. Utilities for at least 6. There are both hot and cold airconditioning in all the rooms. Electric blinds and baldakins on the balcony.

From the balcony which are just beside the magnificent Torrequebrade Golf you have great views to the sea and the mountains.

You have garden at 3000 sqm with pool and sunbeds to your full disposal in this gated area.

Bus just outside the gate every hour to Pueblo and the Marina. Several stops in the city near beach and supermarkets and restaurants.
PS: 08.09 The bus is at the moment cancelled during talks among the local authorities and the transportcompany.

Electricity and water included. Final cleaning EUR 85 for 4 persons - and EUR 100 for 5 persons incl. bedlinen, towels. Beachtowels not included.

Luxury apartement in the best community in the Finca Dona Maria. All quiet and well kept - no traffic through the gated area and beautifull sorroundings in the garden with palms and flowers. Just the place to relax and take a break and then you have the golf course just beside the garden. Give yourself the chance to enjoy this apartment - you won`t regret it. This is one of the only communities with own garden of 3000 sqm, which is unusual this days.

No more than 4+1(child) people should reside in the apartment during the rental period.

If more - drawal in the deposit up to full to avoid misuse of the apartment.

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking along with a completed booking form. This must be signed by the lead name who is responsible for payment of the final balance. Deposits must be received within 7 working days to secure your booking. We will send you a receipt, upon cleared funds, within 7 working days and confirmation of the final balance due date, which is payable 8 weeks before your arrival. (Bookings made within eight weeks of arrival will require full payment in advance).

Directions and information on the apartment will be posted separately, once the final balance has been paid.

A security deposit of EUR 250, is required to cover breakages and loss of keys.

The deposit is payable with the final balance. The security deposit will be refunded in full, subject to any damages or breakages to the apartment, and return of the keys, being paid for. A transfer will be returned to the Lead Name on the Booking Form, within 10 days of departure from the apartment.

Be aware of the general conditions send to you by e-mail or by mail following the keys. There might be redrawal in the deposit if general conditions regarding freezer, refrigerator, owen, dishwasher and dust bins is not followed as written.

Deposit, Security Deposit, Final Balance and full payment can be made:

EUR transfer to our bank account. IBAN No. will given together with the booking form.

The owners will not be held liable for travel cancellations or delays, or for theft, damage to personal property, personal injury or losses of any kind during your stay.

Any legal matters has to be solved according to Danisk law at the Court in Sønderborg, Denmark.

Only those named on the booking form are allowed to stay in the apartment. Name changes maybe made if agreed with the owner prior to arrival at the apartment.
Under no circumstances will persons under the age of 21, be allowed to reside at the apartment without parental/adult supervision.

Check-in/out:

Weekends, but flexible outside peak season.

Check-in 3pm and check-out 10.00am, however we maybe flexible on times, if there are no back to back bookings.

Notes on prices:

Prices are for the apartment per week not per person.

Discount available for 3 weeks or more.
