Located just to the north of Torrevieja in the wonderful town of La Mata, this stylish, modern apartment is located within beautifully landscaped grounds set around a large communal swimming pool. From its large terrace it has stunning views across the Mediterranean to the East and South. The complex is conveniently placed within walking distance of the famous La Mata beach and just a few minutes from the edge of Torrevieja.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms that sleeps four (1 double, 1 twin) with built in wardrobe, a large living room with space for an additional two on the sofa bed.
The spacious living room includes a dining area with a table and 4 chairs. The apartment has a kitchen and bathroom and a very spacious terrace with views over the communal gardens towards the Sea.
The kitchen is equipped with cooker, an oven, micro wave oven, a large fridge/freezer, a kettle and toaster. Further you will find a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Cutlery, crockery, glassware and cooking utensils are also provided. Smoking is not allowed in this apartment.
