1km from Orgiva. Amongst country lanes and goat tracks established centuries ago yet within easy reach of all modern amenities. Just a 5 minute drive or 20 minute walk from the market town of Orgiva which has bars, banks, bakeries and small supermarkets.

10 minutes walk from the Rio Guadalfeo in an area of orange, lemon and olive groves.

Stunning views from the pool & garden to the the Lujar Mountain, 400 metres higher than Ben Nevis, and to the snow capped Sierra Nevada which are the highest mountains in Spain..

The 9mtr x 4mtr private pool is maintained by ionizers thereby minimising the use of chemicals, spectacular underwater lighting. sun loungers, large sunshade, poolside shower, and furniture. The poolside terraces and pretty gardens have an abundance of exotic plants and fruit trees including mandarin, avocado, grapefruit, fig, lemon, nispara, custard apple, banana and a variety of grapes.

There is lots of secure space for children to play whilst you lounge in the sun or in one of the many shaded areas.

We have paid great attention to detail to make you as comfortable and happy as possible. Most kitchen equipment is new, there is a new five ring Siemens gas hob and a dishwasher. One double bedroom has a new king-size beds anden suite shower room. The second double bedroom has a new super king size bed.. All linen is 100% cotton. There are ceiling fans in all bedrooms and lounge - mosquito nets are fitted to all windows. There are more than 200 DVDs plus lots of books and games for people of all ages.

Granada with its beautiful Alhambra Palace is less than 1 hour away. The spectacular coastal scenery of the Costa Tropical is a 30 minutes drive. The area, popular with walkers, nature lovers, cyclists, and photographers, was immortalized by Chris Stewart in his best selling book Driving Over Lemons.

Malaga one and a half hours. Almeria airport is 2hrs away.

A short drive to the pueblos blancos white villages of Pampeneira, Bubion and Capileira in the Sierra Nevada National Park is an essential part of any visit.

The coastal resort of Almunecar with its seafront restaurants, shops, weekly market and water park is a forty five minute drive.

The caves of Nerja are within an hours drive.

Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds. Prices include water, gas and electricity. All bed linen and towels (except beach/pool towels) included and changed weekly. Comprehensive welcome pack provided. Pool Towels can be supplied for a small additional charge to save on luggage space.
Bookings must be confirmed in writing together with a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total rental cost or £250 per week whichever is the greater. The balance is to be paid 2 months before the date of arrival. A refundable damage deposit of £250 is payable with the final payment
CHANGEOVER DAY
Arrival and departure can be any day of the week except during July and August. Arrivals after 3.30pm and departures by 10.00am.
