This very roomy three bedroom apartment is situated in La Zenia at the Molino Blanco apartments.
You will have access to the solar heated pool with attached kids pool,which is for the use of those staying in the apartment complex only.
The apartment consists of a comfortable lounge with indoor dining area.(Sattelite t.v., DVD/CD player).
Patio doors open out from the lounge onto the balcony with its own table and chairs for outside dining.
Kitchen off lounge with cooker, microwave, toaster, blender, fridge freezer and washing machine,all crockery, pots and pans etc provided.
Cold/hot air conditioning is available in the apartment and costs 25 euro per week. Reccomended during summer for cooling down.. and for warming up in the evening during the winter.

2 bathrooms (one has a bathtub, the other has a shower so ideal for families).
Bath towels and bed linen are provided for your convenience.
The private rooftop terrace has folding clothes line, table, chairs and loungers to enjoy the many hours of sunshine.
Two minute walk to nearest supermarket. Public transport by bus (two minutes walk to bus stop) or taxi. Car hire available locally. 15 minutes from Murcia airport. 40 minutes from Alicante airport.
Excellent local restaurants, shops, bars , dentists, beautician, hairdresser etc. convenient to the apartment.
The apartment is ideally situated, just a short walk from the beautiful sandy Blue Flag Beach of La Zenia, (8 minutes at a slow stroll).
It is also very close to the world famous golf courses of Villa Martin (5 mins by car), Las Ramblas and Campomor.
An even shorter walk will bring you to the Orihuela Costa Club with its pools, tennis courts bowling and entertainment such as Flamenco dancing and traditional Spanish music.
Also in the area you can find the Spanish market on Saturday mornings, horse riding, bicycle hire and go-karting. Maybe you could take the time to explore the stunning beach walk stretching from Playa Flamenca, through La Zenia to Cabo Roig and further, definately worth a look!
Just a 10-15min drive away to the North will bring you to the town of Torrevieja. It has a wide range of restaurants, bars, cafes to suit all tastes. There is also a wide variety of larger shopping centres and markets and plenty of activities for kids (Waterpark in Torrevieja, beaches, parks, playgrounds and the fantastic safari park further on in Elche etc).
A short 10-15 min drive in the opposite direction brings you to the Mar Menor with its theraputic waters and with many other towns close by. Further south is the historic and beautiful town of Cartagena.
All in all the area has something for everyone, and the apartment should be perfect for your family holiday! We know because we go there ourselves with our own free to use the body boards, inflatable lilo's etc while you are don't forget to bring them back to the apartment after your day at the beach :)
